It used to be a good place to shop with friendly staff. Now I've been there twice. Two people in particular give terrible service and reluctantly throw away food. Be careful, this only happens if you're Latino, at least that's what I've noticed. The staff is new, but they provide terrible service. I don't recommend it at all, at least until they change staff.

I waited over 35 minutes for my food. I ordered spicy tenders and after waiting 15 minutes they tell me i would have to wait about 15 more minutes for the spicy tenders. When i get home the chicken was not good, very chewy and i could taste the dirty/old oil on the chicken. Bad customer service. The guy taking orders looked like he hated his job. This is not the first time this happens with my food. When this location first opened it was good and had great customer service and now its terrible.

The service is EXTREMELY SLOW. The night manager is EXTREMELY RUDE. I have been here twice this week. Waited 45 for 16 tenders the first time. The second time I accidentally said the wrong thing, paid $10 more and got chicken instead of tenders. I heard all about the might manager's problems when I tried to explain I was tired and said it wrong. He was RUDE!!! Go with caution. You might get what you order, you may not.

Love the food!!! Service is usually good. Orders I have gotten mostly right. I stopped Ordering pies or Specialty items. Those are usually forgotten. You may have to wait for 30 min or so. But it's worth it to me. Ps I take everything to go Absolutely no drive through. Just Personal preference.

The worst Church's Chicken ever maybe just the worst location ever on Northwest 23rd short chubby lady with glasses straight freaking attitude and have people waiting forever it's not my fault that you hate your job lady was responding very rude to the customers even though he had a simple question about when the manager would be there and when would be a good time to show up I'm pretty sure he's going to complain just like I am if you churches can't keep up with these orders maybe you shouldn't do door dash orders I'm a doordasher time is money and I have a job just like you guys and when you guys take long preparing door dash orders and it affects my ratings and then my money and that is not ok It's not my fault she hates her job oh yeah I forgot to mention I've been waiting there for 5 minutes before she finally acknowledged that I was there and asked me how she could help me straight butt face stank attitude but maybe it's the corporation fault as well for putting to much pressure on only two employees that I seen their and you got doing drive-thru in lobby Dine-in and also doordash that is ridiculous I will never be coming here again and to be honest I wouldn't even raided this location a one star but I had to in order to leave you guys a review

I'm editing my review because this place really had a rough start, I originally gave it 1*, but it's been almost a year since I had a bad experience here. The young lady that manages this store is awesome! I've seen her in action during rush, and she stays kind, level-headed. If you do have an issue, she kindly fixes it for you! The rest of the staff is doing well! I really think the success of this store is due to the young lady managing it rn. You should do all you can to keep her!

Food was delicious & my order correct. I wish my order taker would've suggested the 8 Legs & Thighs, w/two sides & biscuits special since I ordered 6 legs & thighs, biscuits & 1 jalapeño peppers for $21 +tax. As left I saw it on the big sign but it wasn't visible where I entered the parking lot. I would've gotten more for basically same amount. Note to self for next time.

How is this place so new but the service is terrible????? I’ve been to this place a handful of times, and every single time they’ve messed up my order, or I’m missing something. This is hands down the worst churchs in all of Oklahoma. I always regret going here. Get it together.
