I ordered a Wednesday 8 piece special, I received a 2 piece with a bisquet. How in the world did you make that mistake? Well I'm already home not driving all the way back there today so you get 1 star.

After ordering $34 worth of chicken tenders we were told they didn’t have any Church’s sauce and they could only give us 4 packets of sauce total. Awful customer service! We just spent $34 and you can’t give us a few extra .10 cent sauces.

I usually always like their spicy chicken, but 90% of the time anymore they don't have it. Or they sauce it with something else. I just want my spicy chicken. That being said I am tired of saying my order and then I get to the window and my receipt doesn't reflect my order completely. 90% of the time it has to do with spicy chicken. They always tell me they know to make it spicy and every single time I have to stop them because they're putting regular chicken in my box instead of spicy. Mind you I'm in the Drive-Thru doing this every single time and it doesn't matter whether I go through the drive-thru or inside it always happens.

Walked in , 6 cars in the drive thru, only two young ladies working, said " we will get to you when we can". Needless to say, we left , Hopefully they can acquire some help there, because that is just down right unexceptionable, do better Church's do better ....

Visited the drive through and got a 3 piece chicken meal which was well over $10. I realized after I left that they shorted me a dollar in change, but it wasn’t worth it to drive back 15 minutes away. Then got home and only had a two piece meal.

The dinner was good. My husband even said it hit the spot and I agree. However, I've been here two times and both times I didn't get my full order. I tried to call both times but both times they picked up then hung up the phone. Last time I went in and they gave me the rest of my order. This time I'm too tired. I think I've just learned my lesson and probably won't go back. If you go, check your order before getting all the way home.
