Great like family delicous food
Ordered steak rare, eggs over easy, got steak almost well done and eggs almost hard. Service was good though.
It's only nice when the owners kids are not working. The worst and rudest service I've ever experienced this is my first and will be my only time here. Poor waitress is overwhelmed handling all customers and tables and the 2 daughters are just sitting at the bar, when I walked in she didn't even greet me just said sit anywhere iver there yet all tables dirty. I sat im now ten minutes in and no coffee no drinks, the daughter comes to my table asked what I'd like to drink I say coffee she yells at the only working waitress 2 coffee and sits back at the the bar oh I see she has a guy friend to entertain. This is the saddest situation for a restraunt I've ever seen. I'm just gona take my coffee and go.
I took my son here for his Birthday Breakfast and was very disappointed. We ordered biscuits and gravy, and pancakes for both of us. The place was empty, yet the waiter only checked on us once. We never got drink refills or a chance to fix or order anything else.
When the biscuits and gravy finally came out, I was shocked I didn’t even know it was possible to make biscuits and gravy taste bad until I had them here. The pancakes were okay big, but not fluffy. The eggs tasted like the kind you get at a cheap hotel breakfast.
First time , I was pleased with it all. Next time I'm in town I will visit again.
Great food and nice friendly staff! Great local family destination!
Great food at an affordable price. Staff is super friendly too.
Fast and very good breakfast!
Another cute little place along Route 66, waitress and staff were awesome!
I was in a hurry for school, the most sweetest woman clicked with me and we talked the short time and I've been a server for 20+ years, she was my biggest cheerleader for that 10 minutes. Cool place. Great atmosphere. Nicest people (a ton of avocado on the California chicken too! If you like avocado, they have good avocado. I'm actually from the avocado capital of the world Fallbrook. So I was even more happy when I ate my sandwich)

Food was great and our waitress was delightful.
The hubby and I love eating at small local diners, especially Route 66 places. After reading reviews, we hoped that Heather would be our server. Lucky day, Heather was working and was as wonderful as reviews had stated. The food was tasty and prepared exactly as requested. The biscuits and dinner roll were homemade and yummy. I had my go-to bacon, eggs, home fries, biscuit & gravy. Hubby had liver&onions, green beans and fried okra with dinner roll. Hubby thought that liver needed brown gravy for a finished plate. Nevertheless, it was a delicious meal and we will return cuz the pies looked scrumptious.
Solid breakfast spot to eat! Very nostalgic smells and atmosphere of a traditional diner filled with your regulars. Homie vibes and affordable and generous quantity. Heather's service is outstanding holding down front of house by herself! Food was spot on and coffee freshly brewed. Definitely coming back!
Great breakfast, price and service, Heather was a great waitress ❤️
