Sometimes they don't answer the phone. Not very friendly. The pizzas are cheap but they also don't put ingredients all the way to crust or the tip of pizza.

Food is fine but the service was pretty bad. The employee hand me my pizza and then refused to talk to me even while I tried to pay. The only words I heard from her were curse words talking to the other employees

Worker gave me attitude when I told him I had a mobile order and I got handed the saddest pizza I’ve seen little caesers make to date then the worker had to dig through other pizzas before going to the back and handing me the pizza in the picture, and my crazy bread was crazy raw.

Got pizza and puffs from here today. Service was impeccable. Called the order in. He repeated my order and told me the price. The food was delicious and perfectly made. You need to go to this Little Caesers. I doubt you would be disappointed.

Used the Little Caesars app to Oder a pizza for delivery from this store. I spent $30 for a pizza a DoorDash person picked it up, drove around for awhile then marked as delivered when it was not. I called Little Caesars and told them I did not receive my order. They said they are not responsible. So I called DoorDash who told me I need to contact Little Caesars and they would not answer my call at all when I tried calling again. I did not order through DoorDash this method is not an option or choice this is a service that Little Caesars forces to use through the app, so yeah I would say you are responsible for me receiving my order that I paid for. I love Little Caesars it’s the best pizza, but the service is the worst. I was offered refund through DoorDash but I have to wait up to 2 weeks to reflect in acct. this is not ok, that was last of money I had to eat with, and not only did I pay tip I paid for order and service that I never received. If you want them to not fix their messups and argue with you on why not to just give the customer another pizza so Little Caesars can remain in good standing with the customer and then waste your time, then this is the place for you...

Second time our pizza was not cooked well. Seems like when they get busy they pull the pizzas too soon. I asked for garlic sauce on all my pizzas and none of them had the sauce.

I feel when they start getting busy they pull the pizzas out early so they are undercooked and I asked for my pizzas smothered and covered which they didn't do. plus the lady at the window is not friendly at all.

To whom it may concern, I went through the drive thru and ordered a pepperoni pizza. The employee informed me that there were some in the oven, but none ready. I told them no problem and that I would wait on it. After a few minutes, they hand me my order and I go home. When I get home, I open the box and see that the pizza is barely half cooked. They obviously pulled it out of the oven early so they could box it up and send me on my way. The cheese is barley melted and the whole thing is doughy. I don't have high expectations for Little Caesars but this isn't even edible. I would have gladly waited another three minutes and gotten a pizza that was cooked. Little Caesars used to be the place to go because it was cheap. Little Caesars is no longer the cheap option, which is fine. However, if this is the kind of product that your selling I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
