horrible customer service. waited for my curbside order for over 10 minutes while employees were looking out the doors, went inside and nobody acknowledged me for another 5 minutes nor did any of them know what was going on or where my food was. we noticed someone outside banging on the door to be let in, when no employees let them in they finally walked around to the unlocked door and had our food, he then proceeded to rudely tell me I should have opened the locked door, I replied that I do not work here and I will not open locked doors at an establishment I don’t work at, to which he responded by escalating and yelling at us as we left.

Curbside order took over 10 minutes, went inside restaurant to inquire, no employee acknowledged my presence for at least 5 minutes. While waiting at the front counter, a a food runner began banging on a locked door to the lobby. When no one let the employee in, instead of walking to the other side of the restaurant, he continued to pound on the door. After finally walking around the store, he was extremely disrespectful to both me and my fiance, telling us that it was our responsibility to let him back into the building. We told him we don't work there and that isn't our job, and he escalated the situation, yelling at us as we left. Absolutely disgusted by the wait time, the lack of training, and the complete disrespect and disregard for my time.

This is by far the worst mcdonald's i've been to in my 45 years of my life. We ordered our food on the kiosk. We had to wait over it's thirty minutes to get our meals. The fries were cold when we received them. The burger was medium warm tasted light trash. But this ain't the only time i've had issues with this mcdonald's.It seems like every time I eat there its something.. There was girl working in the back with her fingers in her mouth, showing her gums and teeth two employees. I would have sent the food back, but afraid of what it got spit in. So we just ate half and threw the rest of the way because it was so disgusting. If could give zero stars I would.

Mobile order - got there, App says order ready come inside. Came in and there was no orders ready. Tried to get the attention of a worker, but was ignored. I’m not even sure she spoke English because she looked at me as if she had no idea what I was saying. Finally got the attention of a worker and gave him my number. Had to wait another 5 more minutes for a horrible meal. McDonald’s has gone down hill fast. No need to correct this, we won’t even eat at one again. Cheers!

Surprisingly good they got the whole order right which is rare for McDonald's If you want a McDonald's that will actually get your order right and the food will be hot The drinks will be cold the fries will be salted and hot The burgers and sandwiches or whatever you eat will be made correctly I recommend this one
