The food & people here,are great but after tonight,I think I'll start driving down to Reno and council from now on. Was waiting inside to pay for my food, a homeless man was hanging around the counter & then started leaning over the counter,to personally look at my personal order. Then he proceeded to hang around & harass other customers. Then hung outside the front door. I had to take the opposite door & walk around the building to get to my car, trying to avoid him. I didn't even get my car put into reverse, before he had walked over to my car.. And please don't bother replying to this review with an automated message, you guys did that last month when a homeless man tried to get into my car while I was here & yet, still no security for the safety of your customers. I am officially done with this location

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever seen. They refused to take my register coupon because it came from another store. I have had some of the rudest people there in the past. The manager with the extra long eyelashes....LOL. I would be embarrassed if I was the corporate office with this place hanging the big McDonald's franchise sign. Hey, maybe if you knew how to run a store you afford to take your own register coupons.

No conflict resolution skills.

I asked for a refund on a bad quality order that was fully intact and was told by the manager that since I ordered on the app I would have to request a refund through the app. Upon further research this is not true or even possible to do, as started on the McDonald's website. Extremely disappointed in the team that was working today.

This has always been the worst McDonald's as far as service. Rarely is my order correct or quick. Spent 50 minutes in the drive thru one evening.

Yes I got a strawberry shake on 11/26 for my girlfriend and got home and it was a vanilla shake cuz they look so the same in color I called down there they told me to bring my receipt and they would replace it I said it would probably be the next day or two well I just went by there at 11:50 and they told me that they were closed and I told him the situation I had my receipt and I was here for the replacement she said that her machine was locked and I said well then just do the the smoothie strawberrybanana she said that that was locked as well but in my experience that's a different machine when they usually don't have shakes which is about half of the time they always offer me a smoothie and that's a separate machine and how everything is locked at 11:50 p.m. I don't know so I basically was on the phone got the wrong item was told to come back get a replacement I come up there and then I get a long dissertation about how they're not going to replace it so yeah I'm not too happy one star review hopefully the district manager emails me there we go

They seriously need to learn how to change the grease. Anything they fry smells like burning wires and makes the back of your throat burn. I mean seriously how do you serve the public on a daily basis and not smell that? They USE to have the best French fries but no since it has gone primarily 1 race they don't care. I won't subject myself or anyone I care about to their carelessness. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich and it only had 2 pickles and no condiments on it. For 17 dollars we got 2 drinks a chicken sandwich and a Big Mac. Will NOT be returning to this location. The best thing they could do is just shut it down completely.

The Lady that works cleaning the playground and the lobby is very efficient. She’s a hard worker. I can’t say the same as the cashier and manager. Very bad customer service.

Ordered a daily double only to receive a burger without a patty. This McDonald's is probably the worst one I have ever been to, they either forget items, or completely mess up the order.
