The employees that answer the phone make sure your order is correct and their very helpful with any questions I may have. Iâm really highly disappointed in this Pizza Hut. I ordered delivery and I provided the gate code and I provided that it was the north building which means itâs the building closest to north. The delivery driver called and said that she couldnât find me and she wanted me to come outside and I was outside waitingand then she proceeded to say that there were no gate code boxes which in fact there are two on my specific complex. She was rude and said she wasnât going to drive to get to my apartment. Customer service at its finest I suppose.

Very slow, I do uber wars delivery on the side so I expect food to be ready when I arrive. I waited over 10 minutes in an empty lobbyâs. The worker was kind but the service was also quite slow.
I will say, a homeless man, or man who appeared to be quite down on his luck came in and sat for a moment. It was kinda chilly out and the employee allowed him to sit for a moment and treated him with kindness and respect which I admire. Rare trait these days.

Placed an order for $20. Next day? We got a notification from the bank saying the Pizza Hut charge had been updated from $20 to $50. Called Pizza Hut, and was told a $30 tip was added to the bill. I explained that was not done by my husband, because unless someone's feeling generous, why would they leave a $30 tip on a $20 order? Then, they wanted my husband to give them his card number over the phone so he could get his money back, or offer him a credit. A credit? Are you joking? We will not be back. We drove up there to get the money back, while the manager tells me he's known our delivery driver for a long time, and he wouldn't do something like that. Well, somebody did. Somebody gave themselves $30 of our hard-earned dollars.

As a frequent customer have always enjoyed Pizza Hut chicken wings with pizza and apple pies so they were a favorite store, closest to me Northwest 23rd Bethany. Online order today 6/20/2021 at 1 PM $50 total + tip and waited for an hour and half only to find out after calling the store that because they had no delivery personnel available the order was automatically canceled. No notice no text no phone call just canceled order. The fellow who answered the phone was busy but remained friendly and apologetic saying the system canceled the order because no delivery personnel were available and he had only carry out but he couldnât guarantee that my order would be ready and available when I needed it. Why have an online order app that automatically cancels order if it canât be delivered when clearly you have selected for delivery! Ordered Dominoâs online almost the same items $10 cheaper and it was delivered hot and ready to go in about an hour. Dominoâs has delivery drivers Pizza Hut doesnât? Whatâs up with that?
