I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared. My husband and I order from Pizzinis regularly for pizza and wings because the prices are usually reasonable and, most of the time, the food is decent. Unfortunately, tonight was not one of those times.
We spent nearly $40 on pizza and buffalo wings, which is typically a meal we enjoy. This time, however, the wings were extremely dry, lacked flavor, and had barely any sauce in the box. There was no buffalo sauce coating them at all—only grease. For wings priced at $15, this was very disappointing.
When we called to address the issue and ask for at least a partial refund, the experience only got worse. The person we spoke with had a hostile tone and seemed more interested in arguing than listening. Instead of acknowledging the problem, he insisted they “always put sauce on the wings” and offered only $5 off a future visit. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given the quality of the food we received. He just kept talking over us and was very defensive. I’m not someone who enjoys complaining, but the combination of poor food quality and even worse customer service was extremely frustrating. This experience has definitely changed how we feel about ordering from here in the future. We won’t be back.

Well me and my moms first time trying! (THIS IS MY REVIEW NOT HERS! ) But I had a gyro with no tomato, gyro was good, the cumber sauce was NOT THE SAME LIGHT SAUCE IFYKYK BUT THEY MADE IT HAPPEN.. but the fries probably were fresh! Tasted fresh! But that grease was old!! 🤷🏾

ordered a well done super supreme, 2 salads and a diet Pepsi. the pizza wasn't cooked well done at all, the salads didn't come dressed, the soda they sent us was literally expired 10months ago and, of course, was undrinkable. It makes me wonder what else has gone bad in the kitchen that they are trying to push on people... so gross. very disappointing. it was my first and last order.

Such a great price and it’s absolutely delicious! Seriously look at their deals it’s amazing!!! We had never tried it and they posted a menu to our door recently and I’m so happy they did!

I ordered a large pizza and Buffalo wings the large order. The pizza was delicious as usual. But the chicken wings were so tough that we could not even eat them. I hate to leave a bad review for this business, but that was not good.

I've tasted pizza from Philly, TN and TX and I would say this place ( only ordering extra cheese pizza) was pretty good. It had a good cheese to sauce and bread ratio. If I was going for a cheap and cheap feel of pizza I would go for dominos and lil Caesars for the price, but if I had a craving for a good pizza I would definitely go here. They told me upon arriving in OKC, that this pizza is best and I would have to say , they didn't lie.

This a very small pizza shop so I would definitely recommend take out or delivery. The owner took our order and was very quick and helpful. The food is very well priced and delicious with a lot of variety. The tables and floor were dirty and most of everything in there was covered in grease and dust.

deliverd during rush hour traffic, at least 15miles without rush hour traffic .... and pizza was perfect temp, soft, a tiny drip of yummy grease in every bite. first time eating through Pizzinis, and definitely will order again.

We stopped by this jewel randomly for lunch and it was great!! The pizza was amazing and the prices were from the early 90's! I didn't understand how you can sell that quality at such an amazing price! Bravo! I highly recommend!

Food is always well prepared and never disappoints. Everyone up there is friendly and they work fast. I live by it and every time we order unless they are swamped it's a 15 minute wait. There pizza and wings platter are always awesome 👌
Wife and I just tried this for the first time today and it was fantastic! We got the Gyro and fries meal with a side of fried mushrooms. Nice little place and so close to home here in Bethany. Looking forward to trying some of their specialty pizzas in the near future.
