Worst customer service everThey are very rude I call and try to place a simple order she made it very difficult because I told her what I wanted and the guy gets on the phone he was just as rude I would never refer nobody to eat at this place they're very rude I don't know if they was just having a bad day but I would never eat there again respect

Their gyros are amazing but they never give me the white sauce that come with it, or ketchup for my fries. I eat there on my lunch break and my job doesn’t provide condiments.

Do not order online from this place as they use a third party ( Slice) to process there online orders. There's nothing saying you are leaving pizzini website either and entering payment to this third party. I tried to order online and my orders never went through to the restaurant until 3 days later. Now I have a 121.00 charge I'm disputing which should have been an automatic refund for the cancelled order instead Slice the third party decided to process payment on my behalf 3 whole days later. Worse experience ever for a small business to experience and an easier way to lose a ton of business when these owners choose to opt in with these third party online processing companies.

Order from here regularly (5-6 times a month). Ordered my food, paid & took my phone number down,said they would be here I'm 45 minutes. Next thing I answer my phone to being screamed at that my pizza was outside. I stepped outside & he was not outside. I then continued to get screamed at while standing outside & they are screaming at me they are here. Then when I told him to stop yelling at me I am just stepping outside to get my food he calls me a liar & says he hasn't been screaming since he's been on the phone. & when I opened my pizza they were both cold!!!! I don't appreciate it whatsoever this is the 2nd time this has happened & the 3rd time I've been screamed at by at employee that works here. This treatment is absolutely unacceptable for anyone if I could leave zero stars I would
I always call for a deivory just move in my new place it took time for me to remember my new address so he put me on hold for 5 mins after the five mins he hungup on me i called back and order 2 hamburgers & fries Got It. It Was A little Raw In The Hamburger Meat. the tottle was around $30.00 If You Round It Up It Was $25.95
Favorite local pizza shop! For sure, our go-to for hot fast fresh delicious pizza!

Came here a while back and they took advantage of me being kid, I was asking about a deal that was on the window to a male employee and handed him 3 5$ bills. He told me they didn’t know anything about the deal on the window/ said it was old/ said they weren’t doing it anymore( I think it was 12.99 for 2 large pizzas) I did not get my cash back. When I brought my mother in they lied and said I still had the money. It may have only been 15$ but that’s all we had to feed 5 kids that day. Our family was struggling and one of your employees greedily took advantage of a kid trying to order for their family.
