Sonic on Memorial is OK. It is better than the one on Boulevard but not by much. I like to drive through and get a strawberry shake if I have to drive across town. Both times that I've done so recently they didn't mix it well enough and the strawberry was at the bottom of the shake. Also, the time before last that I went, I sat at the drive thru speaker for probably 10 minutes before getting to order. There were plenty of workers but they were kids and were having a good time goofing around inside. When I drove up to the window, I saw the cashier (before they filled the cup with the shake) throwing the cup in the air and catching it. He almost dropped it several times and he caught it and handled by the rim. I almost didn't accept it but by that time I was out of time and needed to go.

This sonic is bad, most simple way to put it. I love sonic and I'm very disappointed. Location manager (jamie chandler) is incompetent, I could hear her screaming at employees in front of customers. The food is sub par if than and whole store smell like Marijuana, coming out of drive thru window. I'm sad to say that I will never be returning to this sonic. I'm very surprised the manager still has a job lol also there is a 7 eleven across that street that sells better and cheaper drinks. Especially if you enjoy dr.pepper. Store #1199

I would of gave more stars but the girl taking orders was rude and not helpful she seemed bothered that she had to take time to take my order the male car hop was very nice he even had me check to make sure they gave me my fry sauce and asked me if I needed any more that he doesn't mind going to get some more if I needed it the food came out hot and fresh I would give this location another try also thought this was odd so attaching pic so someone can look into removing this off the recommend items

Stores like this are the reason sonics are going down the drain. First of all every time I go here my tots are old. Next every drop for the last couple months has been garbage. The new butter barrel drink is just flat root beer with cream and I guess a hint of caramel. Last my roommate ordered a chicken sandwich and he got a cold hamburger. Make that make sense. I don’t expect fast food to be outstanding, but I would at least expect it to be consistent. The only consistent thing about this sonic is how many mistakes they have.

Food is always cold even after 30 min wait times, decided to give you guys another try today! I ordered through Uber eats. Delivery went great! Food was horrible per usual. So I decided to try and give that number a call that you replied with. It's a fraud number just like your location. Only gave one star because I'm Petty and have the time to make this complaint. This sonic is awful. My daughter just got her teeth in as she is two and your corn dog almost took out her front four.

I want to start by saying I've only gone to this sonic later at night before and had good experiences. I went today around 4:00pm and had the rudest person take my order. She snapped at me for speaking too quietly, instead of politely letting me know that she couldn't hear me. The shakes I ordered were brought out already melted and the chili cheese fries was half full. I still tipped the carhop cause i know it wasn't his fault but I left feeling bad/hurt and like I wasted my money.

Management needs to do better with staffing. This morning we went to this location around 10am. There were 4 other cars parked and 3 in the drive thru and only one employee doing EVERYTHING. This poor guy was taking orders, cooking the food, and running the orders out all by himself. I was overwhelmed just watching him, I can't imagine how stressful that was for him. So big shout-out to Jason who killed it this morning as a solo worker, big thumbs down to management for letting that happen.

People are rude and can't bother to answer the phone nicely, we've had multiple drinks messed up multiple times while they were rude trying to fix it. The hiring manager is never their. And their food is usually cold when we get it. The sonic on council is getting slow and rude. We will not be going here anymore.

The drinks were disgusting all the syrup wass sitting at the bottom. Chk 1000095200727 the girl who served us laughed in our face when we asked if they could make it correctly. The rainbow slush was supposed to be layered and instead it wass all mixed together with flavor at bottom. We requested the manager on duty and she was like “oh well do you want something else” and we said no we want it made correctly. She said she couldn’t make it and we asked for our money back, she said she couldn’t do that either and I’d have too go through customer support. I let her know I would be contacting corporate.
