I could see why nobody comes here.I literally ask for a large , and this is what I got... Unfortunately, I didn't see the reviews.If I did , I would have not gone here seems like this is not the first time they've done this , and it's happened seven months ago , either they need a retrain they're employees to serve better a little bit more the right size or get better management that isn't money nitpick

Usually when i come service is great but tonight i placed my order of 3 drinks and 2 small shakes at 7:23 and arrived at about 7:30. i sat in the mobile order spot for 20 minutes before realizing the drive through line was being prioritized and decided to jump in line with only one person in front of me. it took them only a few minutes to get me my order at the window. when i got it my shakes are no longer cold, they are liquidy and melted.honestly disappointed considering it wasnt that busy at all.

Limited number of order stalls , sometimes difficult to navigate a larger vehicle or pickup truck into a stall, this Sonic frequently has issues with online ordering being unavailable which means you can't powder in advance and pick it up nor use rewards or discounts from the app. Employees won't manually apply those rewards or discounts when the app isn't working correctly or they're not trained on how to do so to prevent a customer from having to go to a different location to use them. Also, we frequently order Frito chili pies and they come out with stale Fritos most of the time.

I ordered three corn dogs and a small order of groovy fries and it took them 20 minutes then they said it my food was on the way and I still had to wait another 5 minutes after that and called back in to see where my food was. I don't think I'll be coming back to this Sonic.

I wouldn't go to this sonic they barely give you anything at all. They charged me $5 for a chilli cheese tots that barely has any chilli at all.
Have seen drastic improvement with the new manager, Lucas! Also have to shout out the carhops/drive through crew members Trish and Denver for always being so friendly and helpful. We are very impressed with how this place has turned around in such a short amount of time. We love coming in for our daily Dr. Pepper! Keep up the great work!!

Horrible I just left for waiting over 20 minutes for 4 orders of mozzarella sticks ans fries and it's not fresh I understand being busy but put them in the fryer when ur know it's like 1 or 2 ahead. Now the order taker was cool as hell but bad service and I was gonna give a $5 tip but nope!!! Nasty

Sonic on Memorial is OK. It is better than the one on Boulevard but not by much. I like to drive through and get a strawberry shake if I have to drive across town. Both times that I've done so recently they didn't mix it well enough and the strawberry was at the bottom of the shake. Also, the time before last that I went, I sat at the drive thru speaker for probably 10 minutes before getting to order. There were plenty of workers but they were kids and were having a good time goofing around inside. When I drove up to the window, I saw the cashier (before they filled the cup with the shake) throwing the cup in the air and catching it. He almost dropped it several times and he caught it and handled by the rim. I almost didn't accept it but by that time I was out of time and needed to go.
