Food is never fresh & always cross contaminated. Service is poor due to extremely rude staff. I highly recommend to NOT eat here, unless you enjoy horrible food & service. Have a day.

The sandwiches have one piece of ham on it and maybe two slices of cheese. It was just not originally what I get from a subway. I will not be going back to the Bethany subway.

I used a coupon to get a foot long and I asked for it to be toasted and he did but the bacon on it was fully cooked and over he wasn’t friendly at all it was the worst experience I have ever had at any

Sandwich was good.New staff training day. New staff spoke little English, though.
I would leave a zero if I could. Placed an order online. They said they didn't have it. I showed him where I paid for it online. Kept saying they didn't have my order and there was nothing he could do. Come back tomorrow. I usually go to a different subway. I will never go back to this one.

I love Subway. It's always been one one my favorite places to grab a quick delicious meal. But for some reason, at this location, I feel like I'm being a burden to the man that makes my sandwiches. Not a good feeling. I always feel like he is impatient. Perhaps he doesn't mean to come across that way, but just the same, i don't think i will go back to this location. I always feel like he's too busy in the back to serve me.

I was unable to pickup my order due to car issues, and called before it even said on the app they were making it to cancel my order due to not physically being able to get there. I’m not sure who is working, but the man was EXTREMELY rude and let me know he isn’t refunding me and hung up on me! The man doesn’t seem to be able to speak English very well, I hope this gets resolved because as of right now, my money has been stolen. (:
