“One thing about Ichiban is that it's going to hit EVERY SINGLE TIME. I order to go often to work when I want something light, fresh, and delicious. The poke bowls are highly customizable and are perfect every time. I don't know why I took so long to write a review. EVERYTHING I've had from here (poke bowls, sushi, tempura, fried rice, Thai tea) has been exceptionally good every time. ✨️✨️✨️✨️“

A really good japanese restaurant, nice servers, a menu that can attend all customers with good varieties.
Also there is a bar with a good vibe and bunch options of drinks.
Their sashimi is also really good!“

“staff was nice, it was quiet, quick service, good sushi and ramen .. their spicy edamame was delish I was pleased kiddos were too PLUS they got to watch Naruto while eating ramen it was a good experience better than the last few sushi experience elsewhere in the past month !!“

“It was our first time trying to eat here, but I have no doubt that we will be back very soon. We had a beyond fantastic experience! Andy provided top notch service with a great personality and the food was phenomenal! We highly recommend to anyone who has never tried this place!“

“Smelled so clean, staff was amazingly inviting and not bothersome at all, the food was more than delicious, and the prices were very fair! The cherry on top was that our waitress asked US if we wanted drinks to go. We didnt have to ask her! ❤️ We did go on a Tuesday so Im not sure how they are with a busier crowd but we loved it. We will definitely be back many times!“

“We wanted sushi so we ended up stopping by here to get some. We ended up getting the Alaska roll and a California roll. Along with another dish called katsu chicken. Listen, the food is good, honestly makes up two stars for this. The atmosphere was also fun and cute, just that the music was a bit loud and was kind of distracting. The service was okay. We got sat right away and she was nice, came in occasionally and asked if we enjoyed everything. It was nice, i didn’t use the bathroom or anything so i can’t say about how clean it was, but our table was clean and fine. The sushi tasted fine, if anything the cuts were a bit uneven if that even matters. But overall, this place is a nice restaurant to eat at or have a date night at. Some themes don’t match but they have anime playing and some jazz/piano music.“

“I like going here when I’m pregnant their mochi ice cream is always one of my late cravings. The mango one is top tier - their sushi and such are good too but obviously I cannot currently indulge in that. Even if I can’t have the sushi the dessert makes up for it, really nice miso soup too and takoyaki. 10/10“

“The Sushi Bar is located near the corner of Northwestern and NW 178th streets in Edmond. Opening hours are 11am to 10pm (Mon to Sat) and 12pm to 9pm (Sun). They have a fair sized indoor seating area and do take-away as well. Menu features a wide range of Japanese speciality dishes including raw dishes, rolls and various platers. Recently had dinner here. The Naughty Girl salmon roll was good. Tuna Tataki and Yellow Tail with hot Korean style sauce (daily special) were both fresh and quite good. Edamame starter was fine as well. Service friendly, prices reasonable. Overall, this was a pretty good meal, recommendable for those who enjoy Japanese cuisine and searching for places to try in Edmond.“

“We had a wonderful birthday dinner for my 14 yo son tonight. They plated his sushi very fancy with a birthday message and he was vey pleased with both the sushi and the presentation! Always friendly service and great food!“
