We spent $13 on two mini blizzards and a soda, we thought this was kind of high in price. The mini blizzards that we got were the s’mores and the mixing bowl mashup. They were okay, but nothing spectacular. We waited in line for a long time for the person in front of us to get their food. The staff wasn’t overly friendly.

Really upset with the service here. Employees and managers need to be trained more. Trying to redeem the 85 cent blizzard. Employee couldn’t figure it out. I very politely asked if I could talk to a manager she said “she’s just gonna tell you the same thing” then when I asked again she rolled her eyes and said something like “I don’t even know if she has her headset on” then walked away. I was still being polite at this point. Manager didn’t know either how to redeem the 85 cent blizzard then accused me of already using the coupon after I told her I hadn’t. She told me she couldn’t do anything about it. We left. I had family behind us that was gonna stop at DQ with us. They lost out on a total of 9 people’s food. I asked for their names the manager gave me her name “Jasmine” but refused to give me the employees name.
A quick google search after told me that I have to spend $1 then after the coupon will show up on my phone. Really the manager and employee should’ve known that

RUDE customer service! I will be complaining - they hung up on me and didn't call back. I had to call a second time, after which I was angry and frustrated. When I asked about the price of burgers and fries, they didn't immediately provide me with answer.
Please consider packing a lunch along. The service here was way worse than in DC where I most recently lived.

Only Blizzard I have ever seen that was like milk with chunks in it. They definitely didn’t turn it upside down like they are supposed to do. They would have been wearing it.

We went thru the drive thru but wanted DQ to know that the Dip strawberry cheesecake blizzard is the best blizzard I have ever tasted. It is a perfect mix of ingredients and I drive from out of town just to get them! Keep this flavor!
