Ah Sighe EE used to be such a treat for me.. But I had an experience that will make me never come back here again. I drove in from out of town and arrived around 9am on a Saturday and waited in the drive thru to place my order. And waited.. and waited.. until I decided this was kind of ridiculous and I’d just pull forward since I was the only customer in their parking lot or drive thru. When I pull forward there is a girl at the window standing there doing nothing who opens the window and says it’s her first day and she’s alone and is not going to take me order. No sign on the drive saying not taking orders, never chimes though the drive thru to tell me. Just left me waiting there. This was a WILD experience to have when driving in from out of town expecting a self care Saturday treat.

I’ve been a loyal ahsighe customer for 5 years now but within the last year (around when they updated the menu) the quality has significantly gone down hill. It takes 30+ minutes to get an Acai bowl even with no one else in line, and the last 5+ times I’ve gone my order is always made incorrectly or I’m given an entirely different order (even though there’s no one else in line?). It’s something all of my friends and family who go to the Bixby location have noticed recently too. Hoping things can be improved soon but it doesn’t feel worth it to go anymore.

It was already melted when she handed it to me and the acai base did not have any flavor. For thr price they charge, it's not worth it.

Last week, I placed a mobile order and an in person order. The mobile order was placed at 11:52am and the in order was in person order was placed around 12:02am. I did not receive either of my orders receive my order until 12:22.
I am not just upset that it took almost 30 minutes to get 2 one scoop açaí bowls. I received my bowls after another customer, who ordered 4 minutes after me, was given his order which was a 2 scoop bowl of the ones I ordered. The after he was given his order, the employee told me I would have to wait a bit longer due to more açaí mix being made.....after I had already been waiting 20+ minutes. If I would've been given my bowls in the order it was taken I would not have waited longer because my order could've been completed with the mix that was given to the customer that ordered after me.
Also there were three customers that ordered inside and our orders were forgotten about but the drive thru was being served for about 10 minutes. After those 10 minutes from initially ordering we were re-asked what we ordered and then they started making them.
I'm very disappointed in this experience. I don't want to blame the high schoolers who were working, but this is a very poor way of doing things and maybe the owners should educate them on how to efficiently fulfill orders & not to only work on drive thru orders. I've always supported this business over several years but treating customers this poorly does create a desire to ever come back.

Great acai bowls. Always prompt and fresh ingredients. I've had several places' acai bowls, and Ah-sigh-ee is always the one I come back to. It's the best!

Myself & my family previously came to ahsighe on a regular basis because we loved the tropical blend smoothie. Then they changed the recipe! None of us like the new recipe and so we no longer come to ah sigh ee. If they ever bring back the old recipe for Tropical Blend Smoothie, we will all be back!

Best way to enjoy and eat healthy
While the bowls are always on point, along with the smoothies. I encourage anyone who loves coffee to give it a try. It’s some of the best I’ve ever had and the young lady who opens up in the mornings is so incredibly kind. 11/10 ohh and the Protein balls are wonderful as well!!

I’ve been a customer for a long time and have never had an issue with the quality! However, during my recent visit, I ordered my usual – the Red, White, and Blue bowl. When I received it, the açaí was already melted, and there was very little honey, to the point that you could hardly taste it. You expect high quality when paying a premium price, but this time, it just wasn’t up to standard.
Made just the way we like!
