I used google to search for Bill and Ruth's Bixby and then used the google link to their website. It leads you to their menu with inflated Door Dash prices, but I picked up! It's nearly $10 for a cheeseburger without fries. The estimated time showed 20 min, but when I submitted the order, it increased to 45 min. We were disappointed in our meals, especially for the price, and wait time.

The bread is super dry. I think all Bill and Ruth’s get their bread from the same place but boy do I miss the bread from 12 years ago. The lentil soup at this Bill and Ruth’s puts way to much black pepper in the soup. Wow super hot and I can’t even finish it and I love lentil soup.

Great people, great food. It's close and local. They opened a year or two ago and we try to go by and eat there 2-3 times per month. Food is always good. I wish they would be able to get their full menu back up and running. Hopefully the supply chain issues get resolved soon

I've ate buffalo chicken sandwiches all over the country and this is the best! Substituted mayo for the house made ranch an it's amazing! Super fresh food. Awesome parking. Great little location!

Best Bill and Ruths in Tulsa Metro area, love the tabouli, and Jalepeno sauce I eat in there twice a week and it's, always the Rueban or the French dip, the staff is, very nice overwhelmed at times during lunch but worth the wait and the hoagie rolls baked daily. They do lock there doors early after lunch then it's drive thru only, that's the only negative thing I can say it's clean well maintained and best sandwiches in Tulsa even though there in Bixby give them a try can't go wrong. Took 25 minutes to get one sandwich. Other customers had their meals - some including hot items - before I finally went to counter to check on status of my ham and cheese sandwich. The cashier didn't seem to remember that I had even been there, yet I was sitting in plain sight of the order counter. When I told her how long I had waited, she said I had only ordered 10 minutes earlier. Really? Why had at least two tables of people come in after me and were served before me? She asked if I wanted my meal To Go. My answer was, "I do now". When I got home my sandwich was swimming in mayonnaise, the lettuce was wilted and brown. There were three people in the kitchen, no cars in the drive-thru when I arrived, and only three tables of customers with their meals on the table. One of these tables cleared out before I had been there 5 minutes. I really like to buy local, especially when the food and service are good. I've been to this location about a dozen times in the past couple of years, but never again. There are other local eateries where the employees remember that the food alone is not enough to bring in customers and keep them coming back.
