Sat at the bar for 75 minutes waiting for 2 orders of 10 wings and never got our food. Bartender kept saying the order would be out. Never came out. We ended up just leaving because we were hungry and we're clearly never going to get our food

I am giving this location 5 across the board because I simply do not leave bad reviews. I am only here because I want the Bixby community to thrive.
The food was excellent and on time. The service was averge. I sat at the bar and ordered wings. The bartenders never introduced themselves, never smiled, and were very transactional. I am not denying that this wasn't sufficient, but I just truly hope a place like this, off the beaten path like Bixby, survives. So in my humble opinion, it might need a little bit more than, hi, here's a menu, drop off your food, and here's your check.

Omg why is the bartender Katt soo freaking unfriendly?! If I wanted to have someone be unhappy that I’m around, I’ll just go home to my wife!
Went into the bar area to get something to eat. And there are zero people working behind the bar or even anyone to acknowledge or give you a menu ? Don’t waste time

Served hot and fresh and on time. The place is not overcrowded. The bar is pretty roomy. The staff was really nice. The place looks rather new but I don't know how long it's been there. But it's very clean.

Sat at the bar to eat tonight bartender Taylor C was super rude had a hateful attitude just because we came in an hour before closing I’m assuming ? She did not seem like she wanted to be here and do HER JOB . The ladies that were sitting next to us agreed. Won’t be back.

Giving 5 stars for the outstanding customer service. Unfortunately my order has been messed up at literally every location but the manager here has been so kind and helpful. Truthfully we don’t complain about it and I never want to send anything back but the manager has made it a point to stop by our table both times and apologize both times and him and his staff deserve all the recognition for it. Literally will always come back based on their customer service alone.
