I am giving this location 5 across the board because I simply do not leave bad reviews. I am only here because I want the Bixby community to thrive.
The food was excellent and on time. The service was averge. I sat at the bar and ordered wings. The bartenders never introduced themselves, never smiled, and were very transactional. I am not denying that this wasn't sufficient, but I just truly hope a place like this, off the beaten path like Bixby, survives. So in my humble opinion, it might need a little bit more than, hi, here's a menu, drop off your food, and here's your check.

Served hot and fresh and on time. The place is not overcrowded. The bar is pretty roomy. The staff was really nice. The place looks rather new but I don't know how long it's been there. But it's very clean.

Sat at the bar to eat tonight bartender Taylor C was super rude had a hateful attitude just because we came in an hour before closing I’m assuming ? She did not seem like she wanted to be here and do HER JOB . The ladies that were sitting next to us agreed. Won’t be back.

Giving 5 stars for the outstanding customer service. Unfortunately my order has been messed up at literally every location but the manager here has been so kind and helpful. Truthfully we don’t complain about it and I never want to send anything back but the manager has made it a point to stop by our table both times and apologize both times and him and his staff deserve all the recognition for it. Literally will always come back based on their customer service alone.

I had a great time. Watched the Colorado game. I wasn't very hungry so I just got the appetizer sampler with 4 sauces. I picked everything knots, fried pickles, cheese curds and onion rings for $20. My waitress remembered everything and was very timely. The place was a little loud but not to bad. I haven't been to Buffalo Wild Wings in a long time I was pleasantly surprised! The Bixby BWW is exceptional. I'm pretty picky about my fried pickles and these were perfect! Thanks guys!
It took 12 minutes for anyone to come to our table and greet us food was good but I won't go back socializing was more important

We usually love this Buffalo Wild Wings but we had a problem with our server. She was very forgetful, she had a very short attitude, and it took about 30-45 minutes for my mom to get her drink which for context was after we got our food. The veggie tray was lacking veggies and she took it without asking and we weren’t even close to being done with it. Her name was Shelby, and this experience was very disappointing.

We had an emergency and ended up here late at night. At first, the girl at the front desk was not very nice, but our waitress, Kayla (hope i spelled that right), was amazing. She is honestly the reason I'm giving this place five stars. We didn't leave until 12:15 AM, but Kayla never rushed us. She was very kind and made sure our drinks were always refilled. We were a party of five, and all the food was great! But yes, our party had kids, which can sometimes be a lot to handle, but I really appreciate how gracious she was! I really appreciate how gracious she was!
