Ordered Dine In and without the worker even asking they prepared it for take out even when noticing that I had sat down inside the restaurant with my kids and waited for my food for a LONG time. If I didn’t stand looking for my food I was not going to notice it. I let the worker know about it, and all she did was smile and go in the kitchen without saying a word.
What I got was cold food and terrible customer service!

If this was my first visit at Chick-fil-a, it would have been my last. It is difficult to place an order at the counter due to the layout. The employees seem to be put out to help. The tables were dirty. The food was cold. I'll stick to the one located a few miles north.

The "mobile-thru" is clearly the very bottom of their list of priorities. You will sit there for 20 minutes despite ordering ahead while all the regular drive thru people pass you by one after one.

Kid-friendliness: My Great grandson and granddaughter come here to play a lot. They have so much fun! And its clean. The restrooms are immaculate, and I have OCD So I'm loving the cleanliness! Also, Greg is the one who deserves the honorable mention?. He is so generous and kind. He is always thinking of others and actually takes time to show He notices you and thanks us for our patronage. We thank you as well, Greg! And all of the managers and workers I love seeing and getting to know. They are lovely people. I cherish them all! It's MY pleasure! ?
