I want to share an unfortunate experience that happened to my family and me at the Domino’s located at 13355 S Memorial Dr Suite I, Bixby, OK 74008.
After hearing us speak Spanish, the employees refused to sell us a pizza. This was a clear act of discrimination that deeply affected us. It’s unacceptable that in 2025, there are still individuals who treat others unfairly simply because of the language they speak.
To the public: be careful with this kind of behavior—employees like these can damage the reputation of an entire organization through their ignorance and lack of professionalism. What happened today made my whole family feel humiliated and unwelcome.

I ordered through the app and one of the pizzas was clearly someone else’s. I called the store about it and they claimed they couldn’t find my order under my phone number or the order number. How is that possible?!

My mother order eight pizzas for a party. As soon as she clicked the button to place the order, she realized she forgot to specify the time and so she immediately called the restaurant to ask them if they could just push back making the pizzas. The lady said 5 were already made and there was nothing she could do. My mother was very nice and asked her if she could just cancel the order and forget about it and the lady put her on hold. When the lady finally returned to the phone, she told my mother that she had already refunded her and that she has other pizzas to make and to have a nice day. Without letting my mother even speak. She hung up very quickly on my mom without letting her get a word in.

This store is seriously unorganized. Every time I place an order they either forget something or their order is completely messed up. It also seems like their delivery driver can’t ever find our house. From now on I will only do business with the store in Glenpool. Significantly cleaner and their management always has their store in order.

I place an order online 2 medium pepperoni nothing fancy! I pulled up to the window about 20 minutes later when I received a notification that my order was ready. I waited 15 to 20 minutes at the window without being acknowledged so I decided to go in and leave my 2 kids sleeping in the car! When I walked in I complained about that long wait to the lady that works there and she told me that she saw me but she’s short on staff. However… I noticed that my pizza was sitting by the window waiting for me and paid for!! All she had to do is being a little compassionate and take a 3 second break to hand it to me! By the time I got it it was cold and tasteless.

I've repeatedly ordered from here and always received everything I'd expect; hot pizza, fresh domino's style ingredients, normal times. Until one experience was utterly horrific. I laughed it off throughout the experience but everything went wrong and repeatedly. The management stepped up and stepped in that time and the next time. They more than made right everything by having a simple conversation and have been better tasting ever since. A solid location that knows how to take care of their people.

Horrible experience! I ordered pizza and wings for my husband, myself and my grandson. Nothing was right! My thin crust extravaganza was burnt black all around the edges. The pizza was dry and tasted like they had poured an entire bottle of Italian seasoning on it. The oregano was so overpowering that we had to throw it away. The wings tasted like they were not cooked through. They had so much sauce they were mushy. My grandson's pizza was not supposed to have mushrooms but was covered with them. When I called the store the manager said he was sorry and would talk to the back. When I told him I had just wasted $50.00 he said he was really sorry. No remedy offered. Will not be ordering Dominoes again. They do not value their customers.

Last time I ever go to Dominos in Bixby. Dumb asses sat around wouldn’t come to pick up window. They can have there pizza drove off. Has really gone down hill. Service sucks bad.

pizza left the store a 7:18pm per their website. I live approximately 1.4 miles from the store but didn't arrive to my house until 7:50pm. This made the pizza luke warm which is not the temp you would expect. Also, the delivery driver had stuff 5 boxes into one carrier which crushed two of the pizza boxes, making the cheese stick to the top of the boxes. Very poor service in my opinion. Will not be ordering from them again.

Bacon found in stuffed cheesy bread This is probably my 20th order with this store and they always mess up my order with stuff that’s not supposed to be in it.
They always add bacon to pizzas and breads. Sick and tired of complaining and having no solution. I will probably never order from this store again.

Placed an order online that got canceled while I was waiting for it so I drove up the window to check on it. See too young kids inside working, waited for a few minutes for one of them to come Tell me what’s going on. Maybe they closed early ? I honked a few times knocked on the window. I know they can hear me. They just chose to ignore me. I have to assume they closed early and are trying to get out of there, but why not acknowledge the Customer who just had his order canceled and let them know you guys are closing early and maybe apologize for I convince, maybe say have a nice night then sit there and ignore him like he’s just not there ? Terrible customer service.

Ordered 2 large pizzas, one large hand tossed pepperoni light sauce one large hand tossed ham and pineapple light sauce My large pepperoni came out thin cracker crust. Definitely not light sauce. I pulled up to the window 35 mins later to pick up my order they tried to tell me it was going to be another 10 mins which is unacceptable for the amount of buisness they had at the time. So I called and reordered the large pepperoni and when I showed up they tried to tell me they didn’t have an order with that name! At which time I thought I was going to lose it. Then the lady goes wait a minute a large hand tossed pepperoni light sauce I said yes. She goes oh the boss didn’t tell me who it was for.
