pizza left the store a 7:18pm per their website. I live approximately 1.4 miles from the store but didn't arrive to my house until 7:50pm. This made the pizza luke warm which is not the temp you would expect. Also, the delivery driver had stuff 5 boxes into one carrier which crushed two of the pizza boxes, making the cheese stick to the top of the boxes. Very poor service in my opinion. Will not be ordering from them again.

Bacon found in stuffed cheesy bread This is probably my 20th order with this store and they always mess up my order with stuff that’s not supposed to be in it.
They always add bacon to pizzas and breads. Sick and tired of complaining and having no solution. I will probably never order from this store again.

See too young kids inside working, waited for a few minutes for one of them to come Tell me what’s going on. Maybe they closed early ? I honked a few times knocked on the window. I know they can hear me. They just chose to ignore me. I have to assume they closed early and are trying to get out of there, but why not acknowledge the Customer who just had his order canceled and let them know you guys are closing early and maybe apologize for I convince, maybe say have a nice night then sit there and ignore him like he’s just not there ? Terrible customer service.

Ordered 2 large pizzas, one large hand tossed pepperoni light sauce one large hand tossed ham and pineapple light sauce My large pepperoni came out thin cracker crust. Definitely not light sauce. I pulled up to the window 35 mins later to pick up my order they tried to tell me it was going to be another 10 mins which is unacceptable for the amount of buisness they had at the time. So I called and reordered the large pepperoni and when I showed up they tried to tell me they didn’t have an order with that name! At which time I thought I was going to lose it. Then the lady goes wait a minute a large hand tossed pepperoni light sauce I said yes. She goes oh the boss didn’t tell me who it was for.

Ordered 3 pizzas at 2pm for pick up 5:30. Got an email at 5:25 saying food was ready, showed up at 5:30 to pick up inside the store. Took 5 full minutes before anyone even talked to me (5:35). Finally someone tried to help me and my complete order could not be found, only 2 of the 3 pizzas. Finally started to make the missing pizza at 5:40. My order, 2 colder pizzas and one hot pizza was finally ready at 5:50. I was late to my 6:00 party. Talked with the very arrogant and very unhelpful manager when checking out and he wouldn’t tell me his name. Will not be going back to this location.
This location has been going downhill since they opened. Skimpy toppings, slow delivery etc. but now they don’t even slice the pizza. Spend the extra $10 and order Mazzio’s.

Who's too busy talking. While my son's on the phone he refused to accept payment verification again. Then asked me to go inside for my food. Then refused to honor online 50% off. How else would you have my food.???? You know he ordered on line. I will never order from this or any other Domino s Ever! Plus they canceled is app with Free food. Because i refused to pay twice or let him pay twice for the food.

We’ve been ordering from this place for about six years now. It used to be great pizza and timely. The quality has gone way down the last few times we’ve ordered. The second to last time we ordered, they “gave my order to the person in front of me” and had to remake it. This last time, the app never updated from “so and so is preparing your order.” I went in after an hour of the order being placed, and they still hadn’t started it. If I hadn’t already paid, I would have told them to forget it. I won’t be ordering from here ever again.

I've called two different times to place an order and evidently whoever is answering the phone the first time was the lady the second time was a guy and neither one of them knew what if there was any specials or how much anything was and what kind of pizzas I could get I just don't understand that. Not understanding why they would let someone answer the phone they didn't know anything about their specials or about their pizzas.

I place the order . got to Drove up gave my name , what do you think happen?? give up?? yep no order. so I showed the guy where i printed it off from the computer, he too the paper she it to two other people came back and ask did you pay for it? I said no I chose to pay at the window . he said I'm sorry we don't have an order for you!!! I said are you kidding!!! nope. and all he could do was to make the order right then , well that would have been ok, but I couldn't wait. so left again with out any food... what is wrong with this place!!! He could have said, we can make this order and delivered it to you. but know ... not sure if its just piss poor management or what???
