I came here for the second time because the first time, the coffee was perfect, and the service was so pleasant. This second time, the girls were super short and rude. They didn’t have ANY manners, and usually they say “have a good day” but they didn’t . Before they closed the door on me I said super loud “have a great day!” Just to remind them for the next customer. I moved here from out of state to get back around the southern hospitality…. These girls had none.

Get my small Golden Eagle iced with an extra shot and add chocolate drizzle a few times a week. It’s very good, but no it’s not a diet drink. If you really want to go off of your diet, the Picture Perfect is so good. Very sweet, but that’s what I like. Always friendly and fun atmosphere. Sometimes the line at the Broken Arrow spot is long and people have issues with merging the lines with their impatience. They have a rewards program which I like and eventually get a free drink.

I ordered ahead through the app to save time, but the pickup process was pretty frustrating. There wasn’t an option for window pickup in the app, so I went through the drive-thru and chose the shorter lane. While I was waiting, another car pulled ahead of me into a spot I thought i was next, and the employee walked right past me to give them their order. I let her know I had a pickup, but it felt like there was no clear system in place for app orders.

Maybe I misunderstood how it works but if there’s no designated pickup lane or clear signage, it’s really confusing. The whole point of ordering ahead is to avoid the wait, but this setup made things more stressful. I think it would help if there was a better process or clear instructions for app pickups, especially in the drive-thru.

Definitely the best coffee shop in tulsa. The coffee is amazing, I usually have the iced mocha or the cappuccino and both are amazing, and the prices are reasonable.
