My golden eagle coffee was very bitter, not sweet at all. Called the store to see if I could get a refund and there was an automated answer which then hung up on me after I waited.

I used to go to coffee bean almost daily but a while back there was a chopped up plastic item, possibly a button, in my blended drink.When I sent an email to the store (twice) I received no response. All I wanted was an acknowledgment and an assurance that it wouldn't happen again. This experience has "left a bad taste"I now limit my visits to coffee bean to maybe once every month or so.
