Finally had the opportunity to stop by the Bixby location and try the barbacoa de cachete (beef cheeks) which turned out to be excellent in taste, and not very greasy with just the right amount of spices, serverd with corn tortillas, topped with onions and cilantro. The hot sauce could be hotter spicier but it had good flavor. I will definitely be ordering from them again. šš

First off, I am not understanding the bad reviews. Obviously the seasoning will vary on some days because the cooks are not robots. But itās fire food and well seasoned and good service. Iāve had tacos all over California and they can hang for sure. Packaged well for travel back home and they give enough garnishes and you can always ask for more salsa, Iām sure. This is a TACO TRUCK and it definitely meets the expectation. My 3rd day eating there in a rowā¦ money well spent.

25 minutes to get 2 burritos, and a Torta They took care of and served a dozen customers after our order . When confronted about my order he said they were before you. His attitude was very sarcastic. I take my employees to lunch once a week. It was a $41.80 lunch . I will be spending my money and time somewhere else.

The food is under seasoned and there is a sign that said check your food before leaving window you are responsible. First what kind of taco truck has no beans, second you check your order after itās thrown at you through a window the girl slams down. You ask for your salsa and she goes itās in there NO itās not and Iām responsible. HORRIBLE donāt waste your time or money. They need nicer people at the window and better seasoning.

I am a big foodie, I went to go try the āauthenticā Mexican food and I was completely disappointed. The food was not flavorful or āauthenticā. Iāve had better Taco Bell. Sorry not sorry. I wasnāt going to write a review but after me and my husband got sick from their meat I just had to!!!!!!!! Just letting yāall know, eat at your own risk.

I want to shout out to Guzman Tacos, always friendly, fast, and best food and tacos, my favorite is the birria burrito, love that comes all wrapped up! Even though some reviews, this still my favorite place to eat when Iām around Bixby. Very clean, because I totally can understand that with the day everything gets messy or the way that may one soda will come from the store. Food always taste fresh. And service is always great!
