Finally had the opportunity to stop by the Bixby location and try the barbacoa de cachete (beef cheeks) which turned out to be excellent in taste, and not very greasy with just the right amount of spices, serverd with corn tortillas, topped with onions and cilantro. The hot sauce could be hotter spicier but it had good flavor. I will definitely be ordering from them again. 😋👍
First off, I am not understanding the bad reviews. Obviously the seasoning will vary on some days because the cooks are not robots. But it’s fire food and well seasoned and good service. I’ve had tacos all over California and they can hang for sure. Packaged well for travel back home and they give enough garnishes and you can always ask for more salsa, I’m sure. This is a TACO TRUCK and it definitely meets the expectation. My 3rd day eating there in a row… money well spent.
Me and my coworkers love going to eat at this place, the food is very delicious and the service is excellent. Don't miss the opportunity to delight in their food ??100% recommended!!!?
