Today I got the Manager’s special: 1/2 Deli Club with chips & side salad bar. At 4:00 today there were only 2 other people dining in. The salad bar was pretty much out of lettuce which out a snag in my dining experience. I left at 4:55 and nobody ever made it over to check the salad bar items that may need attention. (There weee at least 3 employees working).
Hopefully this was just a one time oversight by the Bixby management.

I’m so glad you’ve come to Bixby. Love the salad bar. My hubby and I already have our favorite booth.
