This location has only gotten worse since they opened and it wasn’t good then. We had to tell them their soup was not made correctly the first time we went. The second time, the salad buffet was half empty. Tried again at lunch today and we ordered a Managers Special and asked for soup and an upgraded side of 1 trip to the salad bar and they refused. Said we couldn’t get the 1 trip salad bar. The gentleman taking the order turned and spoke Spanish to the manager, who came over and told us we could not order that. They had a display with it on it (2.49 upgrade fee), we order it all the time in the store on 61st street (it’s also available in their mobile app). Tried to tell them that Jason’s Deli would not approve of them refusing what was on their standard menu. Went to Schlotzsky’s and it was excellent. Might also recommend McAlisters for soup and salad.

It's a very good deliWheelchair accessibility: Single entry doors. Have to go through two with a right angle turn. No automatic doors. No wheel chair tables. Won't keep me from going there right now but it might be a challenge for some.

Got a french dip roast beef sandwich so much fat you could not eat it I'm done horrible food husbands was same way...this company reached out to me to make this right when I called thim they acted like I was asking for free food I'll never go back and would not recommend them at
I love their self-serve salad bar! The employees are nice and you get free self serve ice cream ? with purchase. It's definitely worth the money.

Good - ****Their salad bar is the best. They have awesome veg options for the salad bar. The desert bar was better before but now they reduced it a lot which was disappointing. Otherwise jasons deli is good for salad bar.
