“Shift supervisor Sam” didn’t think I deserved a refund after being asked to pull forward in the drive-through, and waiting 18 minutes and not receiving my order . At that point, I think most people would prefer just to have a refund and go somewhere else. Sam, which I doubt is his real name from the way he acted, has zero business in a customer service business, thought my comments to him were a joke and could not have cared less about his unprofessional demeanor, and my experience as a customer. Miraculously the food did show up shortly after my conversation with Sam began, but it was inedible and went into the trash at Quiktrip. Definitely do not recommend KFC Bixby.

Kid at the drive thru was abrupt and inattentive. I had to repeat my order. At the window after paying for my food, he doesn't even look at me while handing out my bag. He's too busy looking back inside. The chicken sat under the warmer a little too long and my napkins were all wadded up and just thrown in the bag. Stop hiring a bunch of teens who couldn't care less. Customer service is trash.

The speed of service reward on there counter should be taken away faster than they can blink. Did online over 20 mins before I left my house got there and still had wait 15 mins for anyone to say one word to me. And then still got my ordered and had to wait another 15mins for the correct order
