This manager Nate is so rude and unprofessional with his employees he asked his employee to go clean the men's bathroom while she was busy and the other front counter person was doing nothing and when she said one moment he yelled at her and said I'm finna write u up if u don't do it right now and I was just in shock that he would talk to his employees like that and 2 the pizza was not good at all pizza quality was terrible overall I won't ever be back and if I was the owner I would have a real stern talking to Nate and how he treats his female employees and he should 1000% be demoted and retrained because no one should be a manager if there finna yell in front of everyone and make her cry anyways this happened at tue Jan 20 5:10-5:45

2 montha ago I ordered it when I left work. 55-65 minutes was fine as it was a Friday evening. At 75 minutes I called and asked where my pizza was. Was told it's on its way. Called back 30 minutes later. Its on its way. Called back 30 minutes later. Its on its way. Went to Bueno and had dinner. Came home and its still not there. Called back and was told that some had a medical emergency at the store and it closed the place down. First time I was told that.
Fast forward to tonight. Ordered when I left work. At 75 minutes I called. Its on its way. Call back in minutes if it's not there. Called back and just canceled.
I used to love Mazzios. It was my fav! Now, app deleted.

We at at Mazzios often for lunch but this location has serious overlapping problems. Today after spending 25 dollars plus a tip…. it was no green lettuce, slimy mushrooms and wilted spinach. Not one new pizza was put out the 30 minutes we were there during buffet time. What was out and available was weird and undercooked and doughy. They offered to make a special pizza for my wife and when it came out it was smothered in Alfredo which she didn’t ask for and inedible. The staff seems clueless that they are serving inedible food.

I order from here pretty regularly since Pizza Hut doesn't deliver to my neighborhood. I get a lot of inconsistent food. I ordered a Cinnaboli one time that was so undercooked it was basically all dough. I order the cheese dippers occasionally and there's basically no cheese on them, it's practically just a crunchy breadstick. Never looks anything like the pictures online. My calzone this time was undercooked and underfilled that it was flat and the crust was so greasy. I shouldn't have to bake my food more when I get it. It should be edible upon delivery.
I tried the keto friendly crustless pizza. I was not impressed. It was paper thin and was supposed to be a four meat pizza, but it appeared only two different types of meats were on it. It was kind of nasty.

Went to work in OK and this place was on the way to the location. Saw the ads on TV at the motel. Mazzio did NOT disappoint! Great food and friendly staff. We had the ring and wings, perfect combo for excellent price.

Man, there just isn't a better ranch out there lol. Their pizza is definitely different than say Domino's, or Pizza Hut, or anything else commercial. I will say that their Hawiian is lacking. But when it comes to the other fun pizzas, pepperoni or their calazones.....just unbeatable for the price!
