Good place to stop for quick bite. Kiosk ordering is sometimes a challenge for older folks, but there's usually someone available that can help when needed. I just had a small sandwich and small drink on this stop. Have dined here before with no bad experiences. Restrooms are clean, but I don't like the air dryers for your hands.

I know that the people that work there work at McDonald’s and probably hate their lives as the attitude that these people give, gives that vibe but if you hate working there that much quit and get a new job. People come through here spend their hard earned money and you act like you don’t care. You don’t listen and you take the wrong order. And then really don’t care if you corrected or not. I know McDonald’s is like the worst of the worst whenever it comes to fast food and it’s kind of a joke but really why live up to the stereotype. I will never visit this Bixby McDonald’s again and I don’t think anyone else should. I really hope it gets shut down so these people won’t have the job. They hate so much.

I've been waiting for 3 months for corporate to call me about the issue I have had multiple times with cold food and a bad attitude from the employees. It's good to know that corporate doesn't care about the terrible image their stores give them. All corporate does is get my reviews removed. UPDATE- It has now been roughly 6 months and I still have yet to hear from anyone at corporate. I called them a handful of times and was told that someone would reach out to me and they haven't. This is proof that McDonald's cares nothing about the people that keep their trash business running and only cares about taking their money. No apologies, no accountability, just running from their problems and hiding like the McCowards they are.

It’s a new McDonald’s, so it appears to be clean and up to date. The people are friendly enough… I’m giving this place a one star because I have not had an enjoyable experience, with my food served to the basic standard, one time since this location opened up. The fries are consistently awful. Stale, cold, and just generally unpleasant. I’ve had a few experiences where the burger was messed up too, so I just avoid this location. Head on down to the 121st location, do yourself the favor and take that five minute drive to another franchise location that actually ensures some type of quality control and consistency.
