My recent drive-thru visit at this McDonald’s was excellent from start to finish. My coffee was hot and fresh, and the Egg McMuffin was prepared just the way I’ve come to expect from this location—warm, well-assembled, and consistent in quality. The staff handling order #86 on January 3rd were efficient, accurate, and courteous, keeping the line moving without making the experience feel rushed.
This store has been reliably good for me, and this visit reinforced that. Everyone involved in my order clearly takes pride in doing their job well, and they genuinely deserve recognition for their work.

I do mobile orders so I place an order on the app then I sit in one of the pick up spots. They take forever! It should not like 25 mins to bring out a bag of food to a parking spot.

Sad excuse for an Oreo McFlurry. This is supposed to be a mixed ice cream product, not ice cream with a thin layer of Oreos on top and not mixed in at all. Lazy employees.

Avoid this McDonald’s at all cost not only will they not speak proper English but they will go out of their way to inconvenience you and mess up your order. Accountability is nonexistent. I don’t even think they can fathom what the word means. Seriously unless you like wasting money and being upset, stay away from the McDonald’s in Bixby it all cost.

This store, along with others, is just going downhill. The food was good but nobody really eats inside of there. The atmosphere doesn't feel welcoming, but the employee I interacted with was friendly. We ordered in the app, so they ended up bagging it, which was kind of annoying. They also filled the drinks already, which we've never had happen at the other locations with the mobile ordering. I'd eat their breakfast over the other food any day.

Just a heads up to everyone I will be reposting this review since they want to keep deleting it. This location is a terrible location and needs to be shut down. The old Hispanic lady at the window is rude to me every time I come through there. They constantly get my order wrong. I post a review and they don't like it so they take it down. It happens again and I'll be paying a visit.

We come from another state where our McDonald's doesn't have the desire or wherewithal to perform like this McDonald's we visited. Very professional at the counter, the establishment was clean, and the food hot. I don't go to McDonald's a lot because of how ours is run, so visiting this McDonald's was a pleasant surprise!
