Fries seemed a little on the... We don't feel like making fresh fries stage. We all know that the fries are either fresh hot and SO good or... For lack of a better term, not good, rubbery and close to "I don't want to eat them." I did use the mobile app and will admit I like using it. They have a 20% coupon that I like to use and makes a big difference in the pricing. Use the app!! I hate having all these different apps for businesses, but to knock off a few dollars it's worth it. I had a double quarter pounder, those are always good as they make the burger fresh to order, sometimes you have to wait a few minutes but the burger is worth the wait.

This place is ridiculous and you can't understand any1 that works here what a joke! I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and got bacon lol. How hard is it really? If the employees could speak English even basic English this would not have been a problem. But McDonald's won't pay a decent living wage so this is the people they get. Not the employees fault btw.

The manager is a jerk. He told me to pick up the glass that was broken behind my car in the handicap parking lot. When Brian was outside getting a delivery, he could've easily got a broom and swept it up. I hate seeing that man and wish he wasn't there anymore !!!! How they treat handicap people is disgusting! I have gone back with hubby cause it was a cheap breakfast, but if I could punch that man, I would!! I hope one day he gets his own treatment and be handicap and treated badly!! There is not a nice person in the front. !!! I hate this McDonald's!! I only went cause my hubby said so. I had my hubby check my food, too.

Stopped by there tonight 2/4/24. They really suck now. Manager is very boligerant. When we got our order, it didn't have everything we ordered. This guy has no idea what customer service means. You get more customers when your polite to your them, not acting as if you have a chip on your shoulder. Manager need a different job that he can enjoy. Clearly he is not qualified for this one.......I really give him negative stars.......

Manager became belligerent threatening to report me or not let me take the doordash order when his own staff and another customer tried to calm him down he threatened to report her too. Unprofessional Unsafe will be letting the store owner know this stuff is how people get scared or feel threatened and feel they need to protect themselves
