TERRIBLE!!!!! Wait time is always longer than quoted if it even shows up. It is something every time. If you call, they just say sorry and don’t do anything to make it better. Their customer service is non existent. I hate that they force you to order from a certain location bc this one shouldn’t be in business!!!!!

Very nice pizza, just wish they put more than 1 peppercini in the box. Times have changed & that is such a bummer.

Food is alright but hit and miss. Last time I came here it was a slow day and I was the only customer in the store. Came to pick up my food and found out the delivery driver walked off with it and had driven off to deliver my food to someone else. Had to wait for the driver to come back. Was given free garlic knot coupons for future orders but would have preferred to just wait a few extra minutes for some fresh hot food that hadn't been driven around in somebody else's car already, or some free garlic knots right then and there. But at least they did something. Always get your pizza well done at Papa John's for it to look properly cooked, they tend to undercook pizza compared to other chains.
Took over 2 hours for a delivery.
When we came in there was Noone at the register and we had to wait a while for the only worker to come up to help us. They need to staff more people. But the food is ok, what you expect from papa johns but it was fresh

Parking layout isn't optimal, but the food was ready pretty fast. No place to sit and dine either. They did put plenty of toppings which is always a plus.

Ordered delivery a couple of weeks ago, and it was hot and fresh. It also arrived came before the quote time!!! Would definitely recommend to a friend!!
Placed a carry out order and drove through. The absolute saddest amount of topping on a pizza I have ever had. Stay away from this Papa John's if you have a choice. We should have gone to Costco for pizza and I recommend you do the same.
I went through the drive-thru, but the dude working the window, (I think he said he was the manager) was super nice. He had great customer service skills and really seemed like he truely enjoys doing what he does. Which, unfortunately, is pretty rare in the food service industry. My food was hot and ready when I got there. He just made the overall experience great. A++
Nothing against the actual pizza- it’s really goood. But if you order delivery, expect 30-60 min delay. Super frustrating

02/08/2024, I ordered at 9:05pm and didn’t receive my food until 11:23 (I was quoted a 46 minute wait time). Once I did get it, it was “warm” at best. I called twice, the first time I was told my order was next to be delivered. I got no answer the second time I called.
Thank you to the manager who remade my birthday pizza! It was made with cheese my fault and he remade it and was so kind. 10/10 the service was amazing.
Nothing says “I hate my job” more than this display of culinary disaster.
The pizza is pretty good but you can’t eat inside of there so it’s not as good
