Let me just say papa johns has been my go to pizza place for the pizza it’s self and the wings and breadstick, this will forever be my pizza place to order from ordered a large cheese pizza did take a few minutes only to figure why it took so long and man I have got to say whoever was working at this location tonight deserves a handle of Jim beam and a pack of cigarettes 100% recommend this place they will fight for what’s there’s.

Delicious soft cheese filled crust! Coupons = great price! Reheated tastes like it was when delivered! So good!!! Highly recommend!

They do this all the time. Barely any cheese. Sometimes a pizza will even be burnt and they’ll deliver it and you’ll call and they’ll try to act like they have no idea what you’re talking about. I’ve called many times and complained to the manager but evidently she could care less. These are the people that want to make more money per hour too. Yeah right. Can’t even make cheesy bread right. 1/5 stars and I’m done with papa johns til I move to another city and will give it another chance MAYBE.

So, last night I left a bad review for Papa John's. Because I didn't receive a call or my pizza after waiting almost 2 hours. But I did talk to management today and explained the situation. Mastayla, the manager I spoke with, she went above and beyond and discounted my food and apologize on behalf of one of her night manager that continuously does that to other customers. I think that he needs to be held accountable for all of the bad reviews that he is getting the restaurant. But it's great to know that they still have a few other good people in that company. So I am thankful for her doing what she could and for her stepping up. I will definitely try to order again whenever it's during the day.

I ordered a 12 inch build your own pizza with two toppings. The amount of toppings that I got were sad, especially for what they cost, and look nothing like pizzas in the pictures they use to advertise.I moved all my toppings to one side and threw the rest of the pizza away. I suppose it serves me right for not checking the reviews here before ordering, as it seems there are quite a few unsatisfied customers.It’s a shame because papa johns is one of my favorite pizza places, but I won’t be ordering from this one again, and you shouldn’t either.

The picture speaks louder than anything I’m about to say but I called to talk the manager (who refused to give me his name and worked on February 10th 2023 @ around 9 pm at this exact location) about my ordering not meeting my expectations and his reply was “you’re lying. there’s no way that came out my kitchen cold/prepared wrong” Then I asked for a refund and he rudely declined and informed me I can only get credits for This specific store. And I also tipped 5$ all to not be satisfied with my order.

TERRIBLE!! ZERO STARS!! They threw an unopened can of anchovies in the box and chalked it up to being "understaffed". The other pizza was riddled with air bubbles which means a few slices had no toppings on them! Then when we called they told us to screw off and said we wouldn't be getting a refund. Pepperoncini pepper was also bitten into??? I can't make this up! The lady on the line also repeatedly threw away trash and came back to the pizza with no handwashing or gloves
After Ordering online I got the rudest phone call ever from any pizza place. I fixed the problem.....after the call......I canceled my order and called dominos. BYE PAPA. I'll NEVER order from you again. And to think we always use them for all our party needs for years. I would have even picked it up if he would have offered that.

Good quality pizza if you can ever get one that's hot and fresh delivered which has not been the case my last two times when ordering hours ahead.. don't waste time ordering ahead it's still gonna be late.. HQ has not offered anything as a make up either... Very disappointed I'll have to go elsewhere as their flavors and recipes are some of the best... And don't waste your extra money tipping high either as that gets you nowhere with this Bixby branch. The drivers never apologize and act like they don't know they're very late...sad... Never had issues with the Harvard branch. Really surprising and disappointing I'll have to use someone else. Looks like the low ratings are accurate..

Up charge of 3$ for stuff crust but they made paper thin pizza instead of using more dough. Would not recommend this location, love papa John's though.

I've seen some previous reviews that weren't too great, and I must admit that I also had a few less than ideal experiences. However, over the last 2-3 months, this Papa John's has been solid. Everyone has been pleasant, food quality is consistently good, and no issues!

We ordered from the pairings for $6.99 for two or more items. They offer the option to make the medium pizza to a large for $3 more. So I ordered the sausage and onion pizza to be a large. When we got it home, we opened the pizzas. One in a larger box and the medium box Only to wonder where the large pizza was. It was pathetic! The size was NOT a large, and the toppings were shamefully sparse. ALDIs pizzas are better tasting and better dressed! We will not be back!
