The melt was nothing to rave about. The salad on the other hand would’ve been great if they would’ve included the dressing I ordered. They didn’t follow instructions, I asked them to call me or text me when they got here and I would flash the light or I would actually go out there but they showed up pounded on the Front Door woke all the kids up. Then I called and asked about the missing dressing and the girl argued with me that they put dressing in the bag and to top it off they said it was French dressing but I actually ordered ranch. To make it worse They then offered to bring the ranch to me because I am less than a half a mile away from them and when I told them again do not knock on the front door there’s babies asleep. She then changed her mind and said oh well, we’re not gonna send our driver out there for that so they took my 20 bucks gave me half a meal that I could eat because who wants a salad with no dressing. I’ve given this store five or six different chances and every single order has had something wrong with it. The people are nice, but they don’t know how to follow instructions and the food is not worth it when you can’t get it the way you ask for it, especially when it is burnt or missing what you add. Then if you bring up the fact that they screwed it up now they become rude.
This time I will never go back. I only go because it’s convenient but now it’s not even worth it.

I came in here thinking it wasn't going to be that good. But I was blown away by how much the food was! It was great! It was just as great as most of the ones in Kansas that I have been too! It had that small-town atmosphere even in a metro area! It was an old-school Pizza Hut! I recommend this place for someone who wants an old-school Pizza Hut experience in the Tulsa area!

This trip we got take out of a 3-topping pizza. I have dined in here previously & the food has been consistently good both times. Salad bar this visit looked a bit lacking, but was quite good on a previous visit. Price was reasonable for our order.

The food was really good. We ordered pizza, wings, cheese bread and got salad from the salad bar. All the things from the salad bar were very fresh. The wings were really soft and moist. The buffalo sauce wasn’t so great, it was very greasy but that’s how Pizza Hut makes their sauce. The pizza and cheese bread were delicious. The waitress and staff were making sure everything was clean and neat. The place looked spotless. I am very happy with this place.

I ordered a take-out and waited for it to be ready, thus giving me a chance to observe other things. Once it hits exactly noon, hot pizzas start coming out for the buffet. I checked out the buffet about 5 or 10 minutes before noon and it didn't look so hot and fresh. So, don't come early for the pizza buffet. The salad portion of buffet looked cold and fresh before noon. The deep dish pan pizza I ordered in a large wasn't really deep dish. They explained that if I'd ordered it in a medium the crust would have looked more the way I wanted. Hum? The atmosphere was as you'd expect. A lot of laborers come in for the buffet, but there are plenty of other folks there too. The service is VERY friendly and excellent! There was no wait for tables or booths.

The people at this store have a terrible attitude. When I called to let them know my order wasn't correct they hung in my face. Maybe it was because I'm of color. 🤔
It's pretty expensive... Also I did not get my Pepsi when I picked up my order.... I called and asked them to refund me.... They said they would but never did.

Pizza came with chewy dough, I called to get reordered (pizza was delivered) they said they will remake it and they called back and said they couldn't deliver it again, the girl who called me was rude and dismisive. I asked for corporate number and she said there wasn't one. She needs better training or let go, I guess the customer comes last. I would have done everything I could to make customer happy. This is how you lose business

This place is ran right. The manager here has it down. I ordered from the wrong location, silly me. He called the other location and took care of it for me. They then took my order again and even offered me a drink while I waited. My food was out quick. Very thankful this guy saved me a drive to Glenpool.

To the little boy that almost caused a wreck between 4:55 pm and 5:05 pm today in a gray Toyota or Honda. I really need you to learn how to drive. The food is that great were you should be cutting cars off to get to a delivery.
