My family and I were just in line for 15 minutes finally got to the speaker at 8:58pm and a recording came over the speaker saying they were closed. So we waited for 15 minutes for them to close early and not take our order after we waited for 15 minutes! We have never been to Rex's Chicken and we will not come back. What terrible costumer service. The employees didn't even have the gull to come over the speaker and apoligize.

Just like I remember as a kid in Claremore . That flatbread is absolutely killer. The chicken is also good. But that flatbread.

Ordered 2 king rex 's and one order was hot and fresh, the other, had been made up quite a while and was not hot, sauce cups are a joke, tiny, and only a teaspoon of sauce? Ordered an asian salad that had to be 3 days old, I know this is during the virus pandemic but slow down and get it right! Went through drive through pretty fast but they forgot forks for 2 orders.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru, only to get back home and realize the "gravy" that came with my mashed potatoes was mostly water. No taste or thickness to it at all, this is a cheep trick that "under managed" chains use to stretch the gravy out if they didnt make/order enough. Seeing as I ordered double mashed and gravy as my 2 sides, this runny water gravy left half my meal inedible. I should have just went to Chick Filet.

Fries had no flavor and were mushy, sweet tea was so watered down it didn’t even taste like tea and just looked like dirty water, didn’t get my side of Mac n cheese, and there was hair in the coleslaw. Drove 35 minutes and was Completely disappointed and most likely won’t be back.

I wanted to eat local tonight and tried out the chicken sliders on the frybread and I was NOT disappointed
I LOVE THE WAY THE FOOD TASTES!! But... for my 13 year old kiddo and I to eat one regular meal each, was almost $23.00! Excellent fry bread, terrible prices!

The food is good but it cost more than it should. The real issue is it is VERY slow!!! 10 minutes is the wait in the drive through. And there is just one car in front of me!! NOT WORTH IT!!

This restaurant is in direct competition with Charlie's Chicken. I found the chicken nuggets/chunks to be moist and tasty. Also, their nuggets are cut up into bite-size pieces rather than what you would find at Charlie's Chicken, which was enjoyable. Their fry bread is very tasty. You do not need butter as the bread is fried, and has enough oil. They do not have as many choices for sides. Most of their sides tend to be fried. I would prefer that they had more non-fried options for sides.

Chicken was over cooked last night. Before it was fine but this last time wasn’t up to par and fries were under cooked. Feb. 23

We went through the drive through at Rex's chicken around 6:30 to 7:00PM. We ordered 3 sets of chicken strips with mashed potatoes and gravy along with another side item for each order. They said okay and drive to the window. We paid with a credit card. After a while they brought the meal to the window and realized that they only had one mashed potatoes and gravy. They left the window for a couple of minutes then came back and said they only had one mashed potatoes and gravy. We needed to order another side item. We asked if we could just have another chicken strip instead. The cashier left to ask the manager. She came back and said no, we had to get a side item. We said to give us our money back and we would have the one side order instead of the two side order. The cashier left to get the manager. The manager was not at all friendly and refused to give us a receipt of the credit to our account. By now the side items of french fries and the chicken strips were cold. Needless to say we will not be going back to this restaurant.
