Met a friend at Scratch yesterday, and we ended up having a feast of their appetizers before getting a chicken wrap for lunch. (I didn’t think about taking a picture before diving into the apps, so that’s why you see some pieces missing.)The simulators are crazy accurate, great atmosphere of people and energy but not crowded. I loved that the slope of the tee box changes under your feet based on where your ball is laying on-screen. Very impressed and a place I hope people try out. It was way more than I expected!

Not gonna lie, walked in about 15 minutes early prior to our reserved bay. I immediately noticed the lack of employees. Stood at register for 5+ minutes and then was greeted by bar tender and instructed to fill out waiver then wait until our bay was available. Once in our bay we lacked any knowledge of how to run the computer and stood there for a bit. I saw another individual standing around and turned out to be the owner. Reached out to him for instructions and he assisted and was knowledgeable. Ordered appetizers and they were pretty good. I don’t know her name, but I want to say the bar tender/waitress killed it with customer service and busting her a***. The place was pretty full tonight, but she made the overall experience great. I was hesitant to order anything outside of appetizers because I was not sure how long it would take. Next time we will try more food. Overall, this is a great place with great food and service. Please thank the bar tender from tonight on her excellent service.

Best golf simulator I've played. I'm terrible at golf but I have had a great time each time I've went. Full bar if just need to unwind and a kitchen.

I've been twice and have tried a few of the menu items. IMO, this is what Birdie Bay is wishing it could be. I honestly think the biggest difference is the lighting/atmosphere, and BB just can't compete with Scratch. The lighting, seating, and common areas are superior at Scratch. The dynamic sim bays are great and the food has been excellent as well. The PGA pizza is very good and is an easy thing to eat between shots. Also had the fried pickles and they were just as good as any fried pickles I've had. All four people I've gone with have agreed that we'll be coming back regularly.

This place was amazingly enjoyable! The food was awesome and we had a great time just hanging out and playing the games. The staff was so helpful and made the experience even more great. We will definitely be back and we aren't even golfers in the slightest!

Very welcoming staff and I adore Rachel the bar tender! I always look forward to meeting some friends there for drinks and board games. Food is always fresh, everything is very clean, and overall just good vibes. I recommend the margarita pizza.

Family got together for my birthday including teenage grandsons (8) people played Sat we played PGA West , a close I have played several times while living in SoCal. . The graphics and realism of all clubs was a pleasant surprise. Equipment was in good shape staff was very responsive and helpful. Good variety of drinks were finger foods were available and all were well prepared. we had the humus plate it comes with tzatziki sauce, garlic humus roasted pepper humus and pita bread bites. Also had fried cheese balls and chili fries . Staff of attentive and provided a Full bar with wide selection of alcoholic drinks plus various other drinks for all ages.
Excellent facility with meticulous attention to detail. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. Competitive food and bar pricing. I look forward to going back.
