Crimes is what was perpetrated to a Big 8 calzone and Stromboli. I don’t know what Italian food ever did to your staff but seriously this was bad. Who hacks up a calzone and Stromboli into pieces and into uneven pieces? Who hurt you? Please seek help! I should have known the moment I opened the box and immediately took a picture of this blasphemy that this was going to be bad. The felony of it all, the outside just toasted to the point of almost too far, yet there was some parts of uncooked dough. I could keep going on the litany of wrong with these items but I’ll stop, just like this place should. I’m still mad about this and it’s been 24 hours since the incident.

I will say whenever I moved to Bixby. This simple Simons definitely needed some work. I am a big Connoisseur of pizza calizone, stromboiling, this is my favorite and which there was a couple of times I received order in the dough, it was still raw.But after the last time i've been there, it seems that they have made a full 360. Can't wait to order again definitely recommend

I had not been to a Simple Simons in years. I went to high school in Beggs, so no other options close.
I tried again recently, and it was actually pretty great! It's nice that they have strombolli AND a buffet. This guy will never argue with a buffet, lol. Overall, good experience. The cashier girl was nice, the young guys working the rest of the restaurant seemed nice enough.
Overall, worthwhile visit!

So i ordered a calizone cause I didn't want to leave the house. And I shows up burnt and with no alpine sauce. Well if u guys had a actually person to talk to when I order maby u could get stuff right. How is it burnt? I mean really doesn't the oven run itself? The BS ordering is a joke the AI yall are using is cheap. And u need to get ur wages up so u can hire real employees cause at this rate ur gonna be out of money in no time. Thanks for nothing now I have to leave and go get something to eat cause u guys can't make a pizza right or take an order. So we todd did.

The owners are kind and care about their customer’s experience. We didn’t have a great first experience but it was immediately made up for. The employees themselves are kind and hard working as well. Glad to have a place like this nearby.
I had to delete a review because I felt bad for what I said, but I don't know how this place is still in business. Maybe they don't pay their employees enough for them to care or they just have terrible decision making when it comes to hiring. I implore you to not give this company your business. Ultimately it's up to you, but bad customer service and terrible food needs to have consequences.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Last time I went in, I ordered an original calzone on the phone. The kid on the phone even clarified with me. I picked up the calzone no problem but when I got home I realized they made it as a supreme calzone on accident. I called the store back and they said they’d make me a new one, no problem. “Great!” I thought, when I arrived at the store both employees were sitting in a both on their phones, I’m pretty sure the other one was the manager. I walked in and said that I had an order that they messed up that I was picking up and the manager said “where’s the other one??” At this point I’m confused cause no one mentioned I needed to bring anything back. It was getting late and they were about to close (I placed the order an hour or two before) so I didn’t even bother making another trip home to bring it back. I wasted basically $35 on something I couldn’t even eat. Whatever his name is Jeremey or something, black hair, beard, late 20s early 30s he needs to be demoted or something if he hasn’t been already.

I recently noticed Bixby Simple Simon's Pizza was under a new franchise owner so i had to test it out, and it was a fantastic experience! The pizza was delicious, with a perfect crust and generous toppings that burst with flavor. I particularly loved their Supreme pizza—simply mouthwatering! The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure my visit was enjoyable. Dustin was the owner I Believe and his son Andrew the manager. Great people. If you're in the area and craving great pizza, I highly recommend checking out Simple Simon's. I can't wait to go back!
