Ordered a supreme pizza and alpine sticks from Door Dash. When it arrived, the Marinara cups were both upside down and leaking. When I turned them over, the lids were swollen like they were spoiled. Tasted the marinara, definitely spoiled. Contacted door dash, got a refund. Not trusting Door Dash, I contacted the restaurant to let them know. Alpine sticks went in the trash since the marinara had leaked onto them. Grabbed a couple slices of pizza. Started eating and it was just not good. Undercooked and weird flavor. 6 hours later… guess who has food poisoning? Yep… this chick right here. Pizza went in the trash as well. Still no resolution from Door Dash, and I haven’t even bothered with the restaurant. Hopefully this google review will put some wheels in motion so nobody else gets sick from this place.

I called in an order for a pizza, calizone, and alpine breadstix.The girl who took my order and rang me up when I picked up my order was very nice and helpful.I have only tried the alpine breadsticks so far tonight and I can say that this Simple Simon's need to teach the other Simple Simon's how to make these breadsticks, they are delicious! Thank you!!

Kimo provided the absolute worst customer experience that I have encountered in all of Tulsa. It's a rare breed of poor character for someone to be openly rude and passive-aggressive to another person, let alone a customer.To the management...Although there was only one bad actor, when someone is brazenly horrible, it speaks to the culture that has been created in this environment.Regarding the food...The pizza was better than averageThe 60 dollars in wings were so caked in sauce that they were not edible. I dont have any confidence that a remake would be any better (or saferto eat) after the experience with Kimo.

Today is 6-14-23 3:39pm. I just went in to order a calzone and there's nobody in there at all. The girl working with long brown hair is sitting down in a seat behind the counter and has headphones in on her phone. Her eyes are barely open as if she almost asleep. Doesn't one time in probably the 3 minutes I stand there awkwardly even respond or look at me and the other person working I never saw. I shook my head and walked out and then heard them laughing. It's bad enough that your pizza has become inedible but the calzone is still decent. However long ways from when I worked in 1999 at Jenks store. I'll never be back and I understand why your business is empty there. ***Mind you I said hello three times****

Pathetic amount of toppings, especially for a specialty pizza! Can see the crust thru the cheese! Never seen anything like this. Very disappointed after a $35 order. This place used to be awesome. The regular crust cheese had a good amount of toppings. Not the other.
Got helped thru the side door since the car ahead of me in the drive thru wasn't leaving anytime soon. Got my pizza and backed out. Got home and ate my pizza while still hot. Thanks!

There was only one fresh pizza put on the lunch buffet in the whole 30 mins I was there. On top of no calizone which is the only reason I go to the lunch buffet at simple simons. This bixby location is always hit an miss but lately it's been alot of misses.

I ordered a meal deal with a one topping pizza, original calzone, and a 2L. I got home, started eating the pizza. About halfway through, I decided to try the calzone (never been a fan of calzones). I took one bite and was upset. I've been eating a pretty good pizza, when this heavenly bread pocket filled with meat and cheese was just sitting there. Sadly I was already full from eating half the pizza. They held very well in the microwave for leftovers. I will be returning to this establishment, I will be there with love in my heart and excitement in my belly, ready for a calzone.
