I love Sonic. I understand location is very important since I’ve worked in the food industry. My man and I recently ordered at this location Jan. 28th 2025 and the food tasted freezer burnt and crusty ESPECIALLY on those tots. It might be new employee traffic learning the food industry but it just WASN’T the Sonic couture everyone is used to. I think this location has a lot of potential and good cooking skills on occasion. Please don’t let it be a reason for someone feeling sick. We need management to evaluate the cooks. Everything else is 5 stars and love the customer service.

I went and got 3 small blasts for me and my family tonight, one Oreo, one heath, and one cookie dough. The Oreo was fine but the others had a combination of every other topping in them. We’re lucky none of us have a nut allergy because they both had nuts it them. I would have liked to have gotten what I ordered.

Ordered an ultimate burrito and it was just eggs and nothing more in the tortilla. Not one sausage, piece of bacon, cheese, or baja sauce. I would have called the store but last time I had an issue with sonic I was told I was wrong and was gaslit by the manager so I don't go that route anymore. Fire the cook and get someone with more than a half a brain in their head.
This place and these employees are totally helpless. I asked for a medium cup of vanilla ice cream. I get a medium cup of ice cream with whipped cream on top. I just want a vanilla ice cream. I send it back and I get a medium cup of vanilla shake. Are u guys serious? I just want a medium cup of ice cream! Not whipped, not with whipped crem, and not with milk, just a medium cup of ice cream I mean freakin really how hard is it? Put the cup under the ice cream machine push the button, when the cup is full grab a spoon and hand it to the customer! Yay u still can't do what my 4th grader with 2 mins of practice can figure out. I MEAN FREAKING WOW! JUST WOW!
