Text quite a while to get your food. I’ve been several times and I never get the correct change back when I pay cash. Including the last time that I went but this seems to be a sonic thing not specific specific specific specific location but I do go to this location more often and find that they generally leave off at $.10-$.20 each time when you pay cash.

Corrin the car hop is absolutely amazing at customer service. Always serving customers with a smile and gratitude. She always makes sure I have everything I need when I visit. She goes above and beyond by serving with a smile! Definitely recommend coming here if you want good food and a friendly atmosphere.!

I've been coming to this Sonic for years, and honestly, it's beyond frustrating to keep dealing with the same issue: the drive-in speaker NEVER works. It's unbelievable that a business that relies so heavily on drive-up service hasn't fixed this problem after all this time.
Every time I try to place an order, I have to repeat myself three or four times because they can never hear me clearly. Sometimes they don't even answer, and I end up waiting several minutes not knowing if anyone is even there. Other times, they cut me off saying, “Can you repeat that?” even after I’ve spoken clearly and slowly. This isn’t just a one-time issue—I’ve been dealing with this for years, and nothing ever improves.
I’ve come at different times of day, in different cars, I’ve turned off my music, rolled up my windows—you name it. None of it helps. The microphone system is just awful and the audio quality is terrible. How hard is it to check and fix a basic communication system? It feels like they just don’t care about offering even the most basic level of customer service.
This isn't a one-off experience. It's constant. I don't even expect it to work anymore. You go for convenience and speed, and you end up leaving more stressed than satisfied. Honestly, I won’t be coming back until they fix their system, because there's no point in supporting a place that can’t even get the basics right.

Your processed meat tastes very bad and whatever you cook your onion rings in has a bad taste and I requested mustard instead of mayo and all of the mustard was centered right in the middle of the sandwich which is really nasty to bite into the sandwich only to get a mouthful of mustard. Very disappointing!!

Instead of going through the drive thru, me and a few friends did the in-person order. I was greeted by a unhappy sounding man who did not tell me to pay, nor ask my drink size. My friends try to pay for their drinks, and it does not work. I realize I didnt pay, and a new, careless person comes on. She talks to us like we are fourth graders and I give her my card to pay for MY drink. I made sure to only transfer 5 dollars incase they tried anything, which they did. She said it was declined. She then tells me she tried to make me pay for EVERYONES order. Followed by a 30 minute wait, we decided to leave empty handed. On the plus side, they had parked a large semi truck on the only exit that led to where I needed to be, making traffic worse.
