I went there last Sunday. Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes only to be told the wait time for food would be 1 HOUR unless I had an online order. How is this possible?

I don’t think the tables have been cleaned in days.
A bunch of giggly girls work here that are having a bit too much fun. Takes forever to get your order. Lots of mistakes made.
Seems to be a lack of adult supervision and management at this Taco Bell

I got a chicken quesadilla. I paid $7 for it and waited in line for 15-20 minutes. I got home and the chicken is sparse and it’s basically just tortilla. I understand being busy but come on.

I was very disappointed when I visited TB. I bought 2 7.00 Boxes and 1 Chalupa.. Over 21 dollars for that..
But anyway..... I drove all the way back to work and sat down, opened my Chalupa And the ONE thing we asked was NO LETTUCE bc I can NOT eat it. And it looked like I got extra lettuce.
So I'm the trash or went.
Just frustrating!
Not sure I will return.

Ordered 2 sweet teas one with ice one without. We got 2 unsweetened both no ice.. ordered 2 steak grilled burtitos They come with a taco . Cheese was burnt on the botton of the burrito. 2/3 of the tacos were enpty .
Not quality service or food
I came here and got food for my boyfriend and I. My boyfriend got exactly what he ordered, me on the other hand... I asked for 2 grilled cheese burritos, simple right? Wrong! They gave me 1 tortilla, ripped in half, with barely any filling. I paid for 2 burritos and they barely gave me one. Always check your order because they will try to rip you off if you don't. Absolutely awful service.

The soft tacos taste really weird. They don't make them like California. The tortillas taste different here.

This establishment is the absolute worst I have ever experienced in my entire 19 years of living. Never in my life have I ever experienced such incompetence from a fast food chain. HALF of my order was absolutely missing. Mind you, it was on the receipt and I paid for it. I am not sure if there is a mole eating peoples orders or if these people are genuinely just so challenged that they mess up my order this bad but I am extremely irritated because I just lost $20. This is not even the first time this has happened and I have never in my life written a review on anything but this is ridiculous and I will NEVER support this chain again.

This location should have the door open to dashers late night on the wkends like the tulsa locations. Orders sitting on the counter ready with a long drive through leads to soggy food and remakes for the business. I would definitely suggest allowing dashers in until 2 or 3 am on the weekends. It makes orders get out faster, less remakes, and happier customers and drivers

I had to wait over 25 minutes for two burritos. Those burritos were not the ones I ordered despite me ensuring they gave me the order with my name on it. What's worse, is that even if those were the burritos I ordered, they were still made wrong, and even if they weren't made wrong, the burritos had half the content they usually do. I love writing good reviews, and shy away from writing bad ones, but the experience was so bad that I genuinely believe I should have been paid to endure it.

Taco bell, taco bell oh how you have fallen from grace. Not only did you mess up a simple order but your employees slammed the drive thru window in my face after a simple question. I have been to many taco bells, across many counties, states, and countries even. This is by far the worst. The orders have been wrong 13 out of the last 15 times (over the last few months) Service is rude, and protein portions are non existent (4 cubes of chicken for a taco is ridiculous). Constant missed items, sauces, and completely wrong orders. Although I would love nothing more than to sit and naw on the 5 fries that were given or quench my thirst with the new (and smaller) Baja blast I think I'll abstain. Both Buenos near are all around better. Although I do realize this is TB, there are still minimum expectations set. You would be better off going to a location anywhere else.

I received only one tortilla with lettuce, the quality of this restaurant has dropped a lot lately, I recommend that you always check your order before leaving the place, I am very disappointed. I don't think I'll go back to this place
