Food with a lot of salt 😖😖😭

They mess your order up, treat you like crap on the phone about it, piss you off, then throw their hands up when you go up there and act like "where'd this hostility come from?" They have terrible listening and people skills. Sky was rude and the ponytail soy boy at the window is a smart ass. They need a promotion to the sofa.

Only good Bueno I've had, 10/10 food/service especially by the gentleman in the photo, after reading all the other reviews all I can say is that whatever short comings they may have had have been not only overcome but destroyed by this crew, thank you Taco Bueno!

I will definitely not be coming back to this Bueno. I am so sick and tired of having my food constantly. Let's just say not right whenever I tell him. I want a taco salad. What do I get Nacho salad? I live 20 minutes away. I should have already known to check my food but I didn't and at the same time. The people that they have running this place. Just don't give 2 shits about the food that they're putting out. Most of the people here are teenagers. I really wish that they would put more initiative into their job. Then they probably do watching youtube. I still don't understand how they can get A. T sound for taco salad but no they heard a na for Nacho, salad definitely not coming back. Hopefully one of these days this business, we'll be gone.

I’m just about done going here. For the past 5 or 6 times, either my food isn’t cooked properly, I get food missing, or they put the wrong ingredients in.

It also seems that the window staff couldn’t care less about your order, and never smile.

This place used to be good, but it hasn’t been that way in quite sometime now.

This location never fails to disappoint. I pulled up and they took almost a minute to even acknowledge me on the speaker.

I ordered two tacos and two burritos. Tacos were meat and cheese only so of course they made sure the outer shell was covered in sour cream and there was lettuce littered in the taco meat. My two bean burritos had cold tortillas and were sloppily made. This location needs all new employees, none of them want to work here and are clearly just lazily making it through the day. I’m surprised this location is even open.

Very dirty floor snack bar was not cleaned floor was very nasty tables were not cleaned off spilled salsa on the floor I’m the only customer in store someone needs to be accounted for I want be back this is unacceptable

I will not be going back to this place. The portions are horrible my kids couldn't eat the tacos they're stale. Worker are throwing tortillas like frisbees. It's like they don't care or want to be there. I wouldn't doubt they spit in my food, I would call and complain but I don't even think the manager would care.....

Best Taco Bueno visit in decades. Much superior to Glenpool and sapulpa locations. I was about to give up on Bueno... Thank you!!!

I guess the stoned teenagers that work there doesn't know the difference between soft and hard tacos after being told 3 times I want soft tacos. Ending up taking the crunchy tacos on the 3rd time since they didn't know the difference

I don't think any one at the Bixby location has ever eaten at a taco Bueno. The food is terrible and tastes nothing like what you get at any other location. Maybe send someone to teach them to cook it or just shut this worthless location down

This is one of the best taco bueno's I have ever been to normally when I order a bob with beef and chicken I barely get any chicken and barely get any beef this place loaded me up with full portions of both and grilled it for me like I asked this is the only Bueno in Tulsa that has ever listened to my requests thank you so much
