I stopped in on my way home from church and was immediately greeted when i walked in the door. This was my first visit and wasn't sure what to expect, but was very pleasantly surprised. The service was great, the beans and cole slaw were very good, the hush puppies were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The catfish was great and the green tomato chutney was fabulous!! I brought a container home for my wife to try and her first words were, when are we going back.

First time eating at the Lazy Fisherman. Small cozy restaurant that kinda looks like a house at first glimpse. Staff were awesome and food was delicious! We were easily accommodated for with our group of 8.
This is a quaint little place for fried catfish. I personally prefer grilled options, but their fried foods were really good, especially the fried green tomatoes .

The fish, slaw, hush puppies, and fries were great. Really on point. Pinto Beans lacked flavor and were watery.
