Walked in, stood and waited for 15 minutes and wasn’t greeted once, servers avoided eye contact, nobody came to get our names or those of the number of other customers standing waiting, several large groups that came in weren’t greeted and left, we finally decided to leave as well. I don’t care that you’re short staffed, there is no excuse not to greet a customer and merely put their name on a waiting list.

Ordered chicken and a beef enchiladas. Asked for more sauce because you could only see the cheese on top. The dryiest enchiladas I’ve ever had. Then the manager comes over to tell me there will be an extra charge. For what. For the sauce that was never put on them to begin with. Will not be back.

Love this place, the kiddos love this place. The Queso is great, the habanero hot sauce is killer. Try the Chili Rojo it's awesome!!
The service is second to none and the price is super reasonable in the hard economic times of today. You get more than what you pay for and there's always leftovers.

The food was under seasoned & didn’t have much flavor. Worst queso I’ve had thus far. I got chicken enchiladas & the chicken was definitely from a can. The manager was rude after her waitress charged us the wrong amount. She treated us like we were trying to get away with something? The best thing about the experience was the coke in a bottle.

My husband and I went in to eat. They sat us down and gave us salsa and chips and then proceeded to help other people. We sat there for about 14 minutes eating salsa and chips and no one ever came to the table to get a drink order or bring menus. There were other people that came in way after we did and they were getting menus and drinks brought to them. I really liked eating here but that is very bad bad customer service if you ask me. Need new employees and owner.

On this visit we had the Guiso Tapatio and the Enchilada Dinner. The Guiso Tapatio comes with either beef and chorizo, or chicken and chorizo, covered in their savory chile rojo sauce and cheese. It served with beans rice and guacamole. Chorizo is not a lean meat, and you really don’t want to know what is in it, but add it to grilled chicken and Tijuana's chile rojo sauce and it makes for a wonderful meal. The chile rojo sauce is what I have been looking for. Excellent taste, and the flavors of the peppers they use is not hidden with other added spices. The two beef enchiladas my wife ordered were loaded with ground beef and topped off with a different chili sauce. Also, another great meal.Service very good.
