The service is TERRIBLE. I came for a patty with cheese and they were trying to charge me $7 (no this was not a meal) when I got it just yesterday and it was $2.80. I voiced my concerns and they shut the window in my face… then made me pay after sitting at the window for 5 minutes. THEN made me pull up and wait FOR TEN MINUTES for just a burger patty no fries or drink. Once I got it the cheese wasn’t even on the burger though charged for it. Ridiculous

Terrible service at this location. Person working the window was so freaking lazy he wouldn’t walk 10 feet to scan our app so we could get points for our almost $40 order… then we asked for lots of spicy and some regular ketchup and got home and we had not a single thing of sauce. For $40 worth of food. Not as much hate to the location but more to the person working the window who genuinely sucked and should not have a job there

Whataburger WAS at one time the best for fast food, now it's a joke, the last 5 trips to Whataburger over a 6 month span they have managed to get two out of three items wrong on every trip, I ask at least twice, usually there times, about the gravy being in the bag because it COMES with the stupid meal, yet it is never I'm the bag, how h ard is it to give someone the correct drink, and on top of that why can't you seen to manage to put A LID on correctly???! Your I'm sorrys is right you are sorry. I am not paying for this kind of service every again

Generally a 4 star experience. I feel like the excessive wait, while expected, is unwarranted. No one goes to Whataburger for a fast meal, sure. But it's just so excessive.
The food has become meh, but still goodish. I meant to take a pic of the burger, but forgot lol.
This location is definitely one of the more clean WB's that I have seen. Though the menu in drive thru had some items that are incorrectly priced. The sandwich only and whatameals are swapped. I am not that person to take advantage of the issue (must honor posted prices) but there are a lot of people that will.
