Lots of employees but each order is taking 15+ minutes to get from the drive thru, the orders are not large either. Absolutely insane how long this is taking on 12/23/25. Do not recommend this location.

This was the first time that I've been to a Whataburger this lat at night. I never knew that they were open 24 hrs. The food was good and it was hot.

It was about 11am on a Monday morning and I came in with two people to have coffee, yes coffee @ Whataburger. I ordered a cinnamon roll and omg it was delicious, we just had to give them a gentle reminder that we ordered it. The environment was good, lots of people there and talking amongst themselves at a good volume. Very pleasant 2 hour visit.

This is our first place to grab a burger when we come from Ohio to visit our family. The burgers are delicious! They have a charcoal grilled taste that separates them from most fast food burger places. They also have their spicy ketchup! They also have a variety of chicken options for those not liking burgers.

Long waits hold back this place. It’s just insane how it’s always slow despite the traffic coming in. It shows a lack of care for the customer service. We are at a FAST food place for work lunch. Can we not spend an entire hour waiting for a burger?

Couldn't get food because every car taking 10 minutes each would have put me an hour and 10 minutes behind schedule as there were 6 ahead of me. Perhaps, lean sigma 6 doesn't work at a fast food spot. Maybe, Jack Welch needed to be sterilized from the populations minds, but, especially in anything fast. In what universe is 10 per car any kind of acceptable drive through time?
Maybe, actually staff your store.

I used a Uber eats gift card on the app and by mistake sent orde to the broken arrow store. Instead of just sending me to the other location this location just filled the order for free. This was a amazing surprise .

Fry machine was down for maintenance in the middle of the day so no fries, etc.
Drive thru was so slow. I waited 10 minutes just to get a burger

This place is not good with customer service. I brang my whole work crew here to eat but nobody was at the counter to take our order. We waited around for a few minutes and decided to leave for raising canes. We got great service at canes. Whataburger left alot to be desired with customer service. Maybe some training classes are needed.

Honestly the only trade off is sometimes the drive thru can be slower but when the food tastes real especially for fast food and it’s cheap? Thats a win!
