Horrible. What I asked for they didnt have but instead of telling me they made a different one and try pass it off as same

Best Ice Cream I've had! The tables weren't clean, though.
As always great food at a great price. Very clean store. Of course I've never seen a dirty Braum's.

I’m sick of this 3rd window. Every time I come here I get pulled up to this stupid 3rd window. So it takes 10 minutes to make 2 ice cream mixes now. SMH this location has serious issues. Only one in drive thru get the third window and 10 minute wait. Got my ice cream mix and totally melted. This braums needs help from customer service to getting rid of this third window.
9-17-25 Stephen the shift manager always has some kind of cocky attitude. For some odd reason I have to tell him a few times what I want ordering ice cream. I told him again what I wanted he said that’s what you ordered. I told him nope pretty much a attitude from there.

Good burger but I'm allergic to dairy. I requested all dairy be off and they put something on, either buttering the bun or the bun itself. I spent 2 hours at a truck stop taking medication to prevent myself from having an allergic reaction
