What a great place! passing through Blackwell, Spotted the sign and pulled in, I know exactly what I wanted. The owner was Working.as good a thin crust sausage pizza as I’ve ever had. I live in the Houston area so I’ve got all the pizza selections I want. Y’all are lucky to have a great little hometown pizza joint.
Blackwell doesn’t have many restaurants that aren’t chains. Just had a pepperoni and green pepper with water (fountain machine was broken). Pizza was decent, wish cheese was more flavorful. Price is about average for independents.
The pizza was good but the wings were fantastic! They had great flavor and just a little crisp to them. I arrived a few minutes early for pickup and had a nice conversation with the guy running the counter. Very pleasant experience.
