App never works when I have points and want to use them. Ordered a deluxe meal quarter ponder large large and received regular. Not offered receipt. Never answer phone. We live in rural area so cost more to go complain in gas than original cost of burger.

I was in McDonald's today and the lady working the counter (karly) was amazing!!!!! She was doing a lot of different jobs it seemed like, but she was still very friendly, helpful,and patient w me. The food was good and the atmosphere was very inviting!!

I don’t usually eat McDonald’s, and this is a great reminder of why. The McChicken I requested- no lettuce, light mayo and pickles. I got a McChicken that was probably 4 hours old with extra lettuce and mayo oozing from it. The fries are pretty good that’s why I didn’t give it 1 star, but the service was mediocre and the food was complete dog food. I’ll stick to better options elsewhere

This might be the best mickeyD I've eaten at. The hot was hot, tasty, and the sweet tea was soooo good. I've had issues at McDonald's before with the tea tasting like coffee but this didn't at all! Staff was friendly and quick. Great job guys!

I ordered and paid online and when I went there I had waited 7 minutes. they asked if I was using the mobile app again when we just went through it earlier. Went to the window and was not greeted. Waited and no words said to me they just handed me the bag and shut the window.. After all that wait I was curious and opened my sandwich to find little black burnt pieces like they have washed the grill. Didn’t even eat my meal, last thing I want is food poisoning.

Every time I come here I place a mobile order for curbside pickup and it always takes forever. Cars keep going through the drive through but my order doesn’t come out for 10+ minutes. What’s the point in ordering ahead if it’s gonna take longer. You guys need to do better

If you go to McDonald’s for breakfast at 10:40, don’t count on getting it—even if you ordered through the app and it says breakfast is served until 11:00. They’ll cancel your order and make you wait up to 7 days for a refund. They’ve improved some in the past few years but save yourself the disappointment and go to Braums

I went there this morning and had to repeat my order for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit 3 times and they still got it wrong. they gave me a chicken biscuit. my fault cause I should have looked at it until waiting to get home. out of the last 10 times I've gone here, they gave me the wrong order 4 times.
