The staff at Pizza Hut in Blackwell Oklahoma, We thank you for the birthday surprise! ESPECIALLY TO THE MANAGER FOR GOING OUT OF HER WAY TO SEE TO IT THAT WE HAD A BIRTHDAY CAKE AND CARD AND THEN TO RAY OUR SERVER, WHO DID an EXCELLENT JOB TAKING CARE OF US BEFORE SHE EVEN KNEW IT WAS A BIRTHDAY SURPRISE!
Never usually have an issue here but today was a little slow totally fine they were a little busy with delivery orders. But the food was wrong got 2 pepperoni should have been 1 pepperoni 1 sausage the cheese breadsticks were half burnt and not flavorful..I should have checked before leaving but having to wait longer I just wanted to get home and I also never have an issue there
We were in Blackwell visiting from out of state. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The food was fantastic and far better quality than what we ever get in Topeka. We were just picking up an online order however the cashier still made us feel very welcome talking and laughing with us!!! Well done!
