I gotta say I been all over this country, I ate at baby bbq places, some bigger well known places as well, but the bbq o had here has gotta to be some of the best I had. Good portion, great flavor and prices. Definitely worth it I would take it over a lot of places I been to

Let me start by saying that the food is amazing here. Ribs are always 10/10 delicious. I’ve had their chicken wings many times and always delicious as well. The prices aren’t bad. Staff is great. But I don’t understand one thing- I have been eating there for at least 3 or 4 years and every time I get the pork belly tacos, the pork belly in it is always hard like beef jerky. And everywhere else I’ve had pork belly it’s soft & juicy. Like I said it’s a 10/10 place to eat but I just don’t understand the pork belly issue.

Bacon wrapped meatloaf was fun and good, loaded fries were generously served, and the brisket was flavorful but a little dry. The Mac and cheese side was yummy and so was the fried okra. The cherry cobbler was just ok. We didn’t care for the sidewinder fries but that could just be personal preference. We didn’t understand that getting bread with the meal meant a slice of plain white bread, not toasted, but that could also be because we’re not from around there lol.

I got the loaded brisket fries with sweet tea & my husband got the “Big Joe” with lemonade. Every bit was phenomenal! Huge portions! I judge a bbq joint by their sweet tea & it’s delicious! If you’re picky about ranch, it’s the best! 🤤 food was delicious and the service was friendly. you could tell they also loved the restaurant. If you’re driving through definitely stop in! The bigger the appetite the better!

Let's start with the good. My side salad and beans were good. The staff was friendly. The bad, the brisket was dry and chewy and really didn't have any flavor. It has a tiny smoke ring, but I could not taste any seasoning.

The bacon smoked Gouda Mac and cheese bites were heavenly. Brisket also super good. Loved the sauce. 10/10 will be back again.
