Two gals working today Friday 9/26 @12pm deserve a raise. I come to this location every few months and this is the best, friendliest service I’ve recieved. The line was long, which is fine and the two women working handled it like pros and remained positive and upbeat. The location was clean, the food was good, the lettuce looked a little questionable but other than that. Super pleased, prices are still really high but I’ll return if they’re here. Thank you!

Talk to the sandwich artist.
If they seem engaging, you'll get a great sandwich.
If they seem distracted, just leave. Eat somewhere else.
I got a turkey footlong with mayo, pepper and nothing else - not even meat. Nobody even asked for pepper, she's just that bad at making sandwiches.

Ordered 6 subs online. Waited 20 to leave to even leave to give them time, (by the time we left the app said our subs were already ready to pick up and stated a time of 655) and it took us 10 to get there. That gave them 30 minutes and when we arrived the subs weren't even started. There was 6 people in line, 1 worker, making 1 sub at a time. While waiting 4 more people showed up, and all 6 people of the original people where still there. There's no way to request a refund on app, and you couldn't even talk to the worker to ask in store. We now it's been an hour and 10 minutes from the time order was placed, and we finally got our food. I feel bad for the long line of customers still waiting. Why only 1 worker on a Saturday night?

Ordered two sandwiches online, couldn’t call and tell me they were out of meatballs so she decided to not make anything. The other sandwich was turkey. Voided my transaction and sent me on my way. So moral of the story is if you order something and they don’t have one of the ingredients they just won’t make anything in your order, one sandwich or five.

We used to love this subway but unfortunately the last 3 orders we have done have been extremely screwed up. We've ordered 3 cold cut combos and only got baloney on it. Paid for extra cheese and didn't get it. Also missing 2 and 3 toppings. With the prices plus leaving a 4 to 5 dollar tip each time,I would expect to at least have the order correct. We've decided not to go to the Blackwell location anymore. 3 times and total of 8 sandwiches and not 1 of them right. No more chances. Sorry
