There was only 2 other customers and yet it took them about 15 minutes to take our order then another 20 minutes or so to bring us our order. Then 2 of the ordered were wrong and all was cold. We won't be going back. They used to be a great local place to eat but not anymore.

The staff is always so sweet. Great milkshakes too.
While the service is always pleasant, the quality and accuracy of the food has gone downhill.
Went in to pick up food. They had fried pies! They make them homemade. O my goodness!!! They are sooo good. Way better than at Turner Falls. My mom really liked it and her hamburger.
