I used to love this Braum’s, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. Over the past few visits, especially during drive-thru breakfast runs, they've consistently messed up my orders. Despite calling to report these issues and being offered a chance to return for corrections, it's not feasible when you're on the go. Today, I hoped for a better experience when I went inside to order a Mushroom Swiss specialty burger meal and a Jalapeño Cheddar Jack burger.
As I waited, I noticed several customers with incorrect orders or incomplete items. One customer even had to retrieve soda machine lids herself. These were clear signs that my order might be a mess too, and unfortunately, it was. It took 10-15 minutes just to prepare two burgers, with several orders after of mine being filled first. The manager had to step in to get my order to the counter, and while the manager apologized, it didn’t resolve the underlying issues.
When I got home, I discovered that my Jalapeño burger had no jalapeños. It’s frustrating to pay extra for something and not receive what you ordered. Given the consistent mistakes and lackluster service, I’m choosing to avoid this Braum’s in the future. The Tri-City Braum’s location offers better service and fewer mistakes. Unfortunately, repeated apologies don’t make up for ongoing ineptitude.

So I bought a cherry limeade and got a limeade instead! Is it that hard to make one? Shakes had chunks of weird stuff in it, honestly I don’t know why anyone goes here anymore

Wow, they have some rude staff here. I went to the second window, but was supposed to pay at the first window apparently, the girl with the blue eyeshadow popped out and made sure to let me know to not ever do that again. Then from there it's like her attitude infected everyone there. They were pissed because I asked them to charge so much on one card and then the rest on the other. To make things worse, they decided to ignore what I needed them to do and just charge it all on one card. These people are rude and incompetent, thumbs down.

The cashier was great the chicken sandwich was cooked so hard I couldn't eat it so to cashier 5 stars but the rest needs some help
Wish they had lactose free options for those like myself who are lactose intolerant.

So I ordered a sweet tea in an unsweet tea large and a breakfast meal with hash browns I'm not kidding there was seven hash browns in that bag and no ice so I asked the lady for a cup of ice she charged me 1.10.. ?

I thought the missing items and incorrect orders were because it was new, but this store has been open for almost 2 years. 9 out of 10 times the food is incorrect. Quality is poor, fries have been over salted every time. My cherry limeade never tastes right and the burgers taste old. If you're headed towards Chickasha go to that Braums instead, much much better!!

Girl couldn’t take my order right after 5 tries. Terrible service! And I swear she spit in my food! I eat at a Braum’s 5-6 times a week around the state, the Blanchard location may be the newest but has the worst service!

Go through the drive through all the time and they always seem to forget something, no matter what is it French fries, or dipping sauces. Just learn how to check the bags and make sure everything is in there before giving it to the customer. Damn.

If you want things made right, don’t even bother coming here. Cherry limeade tasted like lime and soda, burger had too much ketchup and a rubbery patty, and the ice cream was quite literally spilling over.
