Employee at drive thru stood there putting hand in icebox with the ice by soda machine while standing there. Disgusting

See, the service is terrible. Always no emotion and just plain rudeness from the staff. Not to mention nearly everytime i go they mess up my food order. is it really that difficult to smile like customer service is supposed to? or to read an order like you’re supposed to? this braums sucks.
Staff need to pay attention to the orders. They get my food wrong most of the time.
Really good ice cream and food
Love Braum's. Best deal going, grab a bag of burgers or a bag of biscuits. The burgers are fantastic and the price can literally not be beat. I wish they had these in Wisconsin. Or maybe not because I'd eat there too much!

I moved to Blanchard a few months ago. Braums is a normal breakfast spot for me. I don’t know what is going on with this location, but it’s a disappointing experience EVERYTIME. Burnt eggs, undercooked bacon. Grease dowsed hashbrowns. Long wait times.
It’s sad but I will start driving to tri city, because this is the worst location I’ve ever come across.
