If you haven't eaten at Crispy's Trading Co. in Blanchard, you're missing out. It is amazing, fresh & good quality home cooked food. The owner, Paul, goes around & checks on you making sure everything is ok & you are 100% satisfied. Even the younger staff were pleasant & made sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful hospitality & food. We ordered the Taco Cheese Dip, Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich & the Happy Burger. 1000% recommend. Thank you Crispy's Trading Co for a great lunch experience.

Let me start by saying, I'm not a fan of apricot. I ordered the pimento omelet and it comes with it. I said no I don't think I'll like that, just take it off. The waitress was said she'll put it to the side in the bag. I ended up trying it. Best decision ever! The spicy of the jelly makes the taste of the omelet so right! Good call girl, good call!
